  My roof was NOT FIXED! Horrible experience

  November 1, 2023. It has been over two weeks now that we responded two Ms. Lane and haven't heard a peep from her. Pintail ALWAYS comes back if there is a problem with any roof we install. That's the thing, we have absolutely NO record of doing any work for this person and she cannot be located using the name Amanda Lane, One wonders...... Ms. Lane: Pintail Roofing has no record of doing any work for you at any time. Are you certain that your issue is with us? Our job controls are quite stringent and we have a record of every request for service in our job management system.   Would not recommend. We discussed using ridge vents, then they quoted whirly birds without calling it out. Did nothing to address the problem. Just looking for the most they could get from my insurance company. Find another company...

  We installed the roof and the turbines EXACLTY as specified in the contract which Mr. Lingenfelter signed. After the roof was built Mr. Lingenfelter said he'd changed his mind and wanted ridge vents. We quoted him a price for ridge vents at our cost. We never heard back from Mr. Lingenfelter. After he left this review we reached out to him again as we are still are ready to install ridge vents. We have received no response from Mr. Lingenfelter to date.

  Don't waste your time they don't call you back

  I sincerely apologize that we did not call you back. Occasionally we fall short of goal to render prompt service. During the timeframe of your call we were slammed and somebody dropped the ball.

  These guys replaced my flat roof for half what others quoted. Great work. They also responded within 24 hours of a recent weather-induced “roof emergency.” I was afraid of what that was gonna cost but it was reasonable.

  Great work and nice management and crew. They replaced our roof several years ago and it still looks and works great. We recently called them to repair a minor problem caused by our older, shifting home. They came right out and did a great job on the fix. Highly recommended roofing biz!! 🙂 …

  You don't need a whole roof replacement sometimes, just a repair. That's what Pintail told me. The response time was great, the price was very reasonable. Supper honest people. They saved me a lot of money and now I have a roof that don't leak. The ducks even like it.

  Good Morning, I recently had a new roof installed on my older house approximately 90 plus years old. I needed some structural repairs also. Jay Murrells company was absolutely incredible! I knew i was dealing with a honest, caring professional that provides the customer with the best service and price on the market! It was a joy from the initial estimate and the completion of my new roof! I became the envy of the neighborhood as everyone within 2 blocks admired my new roof and asked for the name of his company commenting "your new roof looks fantastic!".
