  Update to last review. Almost another month has passed, received a couple phone calls with empty promises. Company has still yet to fix any issues. Not impressed at all with the team... Messed my down spout up, ok no problem, replaced but then they said they would paint it and haven't yet. Have a few issues with my shingles. Took pictures and sent them this, replied that it was suppose to be like that. Finally got someone else out and he said it needs fixed and also took pictures. He said it will be fixed still haven't after he gave me his word.. what good is a warranty if they don't fix the issues. Been over a month now with nothing fixed! So I reached out and he asked what was wrong so I stated the problems, to a reply of just ok after he said my roof passed inspection. The only time they communicate well is when they want paid

  Matthew, I’m very sorry we failed to meet your expectations and that the downspout paint and shingle issues were not resolved. This is not the service standard we promise, and we will honor our warranty to complete the necessary repairs at no additional cost. I have escalated your file to our service manager and we will schedule a technician to return within seven business days to make the fixes and paint the downspout. If you need immediate assistance or would like to confirm scheduling, please call our office or reply to this message so we can prioritize your job. We appreciate your patience and will make this right.

  I had a good experience with brown roofing, soon as I contact them they came out and gave me an estimate for my roof, worked with me and diligently throughout the process of any and everything that was going on and what needed to be done as we continue to communicate on great standards..!!! They did an excellent job of coming out and servicing my roof !!! Completed it in one day!!!!! Workers were super nice covered everything up didn't need it to be covered up as far as shrubs plants etc cleaned up everything like they wouldn't even there highly recommend Brown's roofing to anyone I rate them a 10 star...!!!!!!

  Alphonso Rogers was an awesome inspector and roofer, very honest, dependable, and beneficial in getting roof replace. Everything went exactly as he said after being denied previously by insurance company.

  I would definitely recommend Browns Roofing. Christian Duff helped me get a detailed update of my roof with photos, while also cleaning off limbs and leaves I had up there as well.

He gave me a detailed analysis of a few specific findings and future considerations for how to keep up with the best care of our roof.
