Pyramid Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Pyramid Roofing.

I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience with pyramid roofing. As a repeat customer, I expected the same level of service I had 28 years ago, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Before the installation, we had an agreement on the color of shingles that would be used. However once the job was completed the shingles installed were not the color we discussed at all. When I reached out to address the issue instead of taking responsibility and working toward a solution, the company denied that any agreement ever took place. To make matters worse, they also claimed that I never even called them about the issue, which is completely untrue. It’s incredibly frustrating to be dismissed, especially after having done business with them before. I trusted this company based on my prior experience, but this situation has completely changed my opinion. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unwillingness to correct a clear mistake on their end is unacceptable. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable or honest service.

We have had the guys at Pyramid roofing check our roof after storms and advise us on next steps several times. They also installed gutters at our old house. Great service and fast install - top notch team for anything! We will continue to use them as needs arise!

Tom and Pyramid Roofing did a phenomenal job!!! This is the 3rd time we have had pyramid roofing do work on our home and I would highly recommend them. Tom is very knowledgeable and communicated well with us. He also took care of everything with our insurance company which was a huge stress reliever. If you need a new roof...call Pyramid Roofing.

Donnie and Pyramid roofing are the best. I had dealt with many roofing contractors after a storm had damaged my roof. We ultimately went with Pyramid and what a great decision that was. From the very beginning The guys at Pyramid were professional, courteous and completed the job faster and better than I thought was possible. I highly recommend Pyramid roofing to anyone looking to get quality work for a great price in the timeliest manor. Thanks again Pyramid for all your hard work and getting my house back to tip top shape.

Guys did a great job doing my roof 10 years ago, and within the first year, they serviced it well. Now, even though I've called 9 times over 3 weeks, they've simply not shown for 3 appointments now. Wasting TONS of my time. I have a simple problem, that I was willing to pay for, but apparently it's not important enough for them to actually show up, and waste my time in jerking me around.
