  Had a roof patch to place ice and rain shield with new shingles due to a leak. First tech came out and worked extremely slowly. He installed the wrong color and by the time he was leaving and we saw it, we couldn’t even call the office because they were closed. We finally got another tech to come out and fix the mistake a couple weeks later. Now I’m finding pieces of shingle, plastic wrap from the shingle packaging, and NAILS. Not only are the nails in our yard, but I just found 4 in our driveway. They could’ve punctured our tires! The second tech didn’t clean at all and just left. Very disappointing experience for the price that we had to pay. Expensive for what was done. It has been a big headache.

  I called two times. The lady was very nice and told me someone from the commercial side would call me. Both times they did not call me. She said she wasn't sure why. I am a property manager and have a very good roofer, but he doesn't do slate so I reached out to this company. No call back, so I won't call them back.

  Paid a deposit for the work to be done, but was constantly told that "someone will call to schedule the work." Too bad for the customer who needs service right away. That picture needs to just show one vehicle available, because that's the responsiveness given to the customer.

  Mr. Pickett, unfortunately every contract signed is by a homeowner who is also in need of immediate service. Weather and other factors determine the schedule of our technicians and in fairness we try to schedule our repairs based on the contract date and the date a deposit was received. It is far too difficult to schedule weeks in advance and we take that into consideration with our scheduling policy so that jobs are not being constantly scheduled and rescheduled due to weather, other repairs, truck issues, etc. I did reach out to my technician manager regarding your repair specifically and hopefully you will hear from him within the next few days. We are a reputable company within the community and have been for over 30 years and I want to assure you that you have not been forgotten. -Holly at Pyramid Roofing

  I have been a customer of Pyramid Roofing for many years now. About 18 years ago, they repaired my roof when it didn't need a complete replacement in order to save me money. The gentleman who evaluated my roof (unfortunately I don't remember his name) was completely honest and, though he could have encouraged me to do a complete replacement, he explained that I should save my money and repair the one bad spot that needed attention. I was sold as a client from that moment on. No upsell. No twisting facts. Just honest evaluation and great workmanship. Many years later, when the roof finally needed replacement (right along the predicted timeline their representative gave me), I immediately called Pyramid and, yet again, they did another fantastic job, honest evaluation, great price, and wonderful workmanship. They even made sure my roof tiles were HOA approved and gave me a free upgrade on my bathroom skylight when the exact replacement wasn't available. That was eleven years ago. This past Monday, after a terrible rainstorm, I called them yet again when I had a little rainwater come in through my chimney; they worked me into their schedule the next day, and, true to form, came out for a FREE evaluation to make sure my roof and attic areas didn't show signs of a leak. Skylor was thorough, thoughtful, and so personable, and verified what I thought the problem might be - there is no problem, the angle of the hard rain caused a little rainwater to blow in through the vent. Skylor encouraged us to call again if we see any other problems, but he even verified that our chimney cap was just fine. Again, Pyramid could have told me there was damage causing the problem, but just like all those years ago, Skylor/Pyramid gave me yet another honest assessment. I had spoken with Nick (the manager) prior to this appointment when he called to verify my reason for calling, and it is so obvious that Nick helps to set the tone for this honest, hardworking, and reliable co

  Pyramid Roofing did a very professional job replacing the roofs on our two detached garages. They cleaned up everything and we only found three nails the day after when the Project Manger came back to do a walk around. They provide a set of pictures that documented all stages of the work to confirm that they did what the contract stated.
