  Never called back to replace broken screen even after they said it would take just 2 weeks. It's been 2 almost 3 months. They also said they had to replace a sash but never told us which one of the windows. Really disappointed with the lack of consistency. They're consistent when they want your money but not after they get it.

  Used homefix to get a roof installed was told everything ok only to find out there's a problem no curtosey to call and inform us of a problem could have used my bank not there's very poor customer service dont use them check this company out first they wasted my Saturday with pushy salesman thought it was a decent company dont treat customers like that reach out to see if there's a solution

  One of these salesmen was going door to door and knocked on my door, left before I could answer and when my wife pulled in waited outside her car door before confirming I’m actually home with my infant daughter in the backseat to try and get our business. Completely disrespectful, creepy, and unprofessional. Will never use them if that’s how the first impression goes. Abhorrent.

  I bought 42k worth of windows and patio doors from them. I’ve been calling for over a month to get one of tha patio doors fixed, 2 years in and it has a popped seal. It happens, it’s under warranty though right? I’ve called on multiple occasions, left messages, and cannot even get a response. Maybe the review will prompt a chain of events. I’ll keep you posted as to the progress.

  No call/ no show for the appointment to give me a quote today, after getting like 4 reminders to make sure I was home. Judging by the other reviews it looks like I dodged a bullet on this one.

  Homefix did a great job on our window installation and they were hundreds of dollars cheaper than other companies. I highly recommend them for your window job. I can't wait to see the impact they will have on my utility bills.

  I received a quote for a custom size sliding back door, all new gutters, seven new windows, and repairs on wood rot repair on my attached storage shed which required roof replacement as well and got a great deal. The job was a challenge because of the condition of the windows and back door that they were replacing, but they did a great job. Everyone was friendly and courteous. They cleaned up when they were finished. I never imagined getting all of that work done all at once and at such a an affordable price. Thank you Home Fix for everything.

  I had a really tough time with this company, from the salesperson's pushiness, to being pretty much coerced into thousands more dollars in work, to incomplete, shoddy work. Today, almost two years later, I feel much better about the company. After having the GAF inspection, Isiah came out and made sure that the crews who came on site completed everything in accordance with warranty specifications. They replaced and repaired things that had been broken by the first crew. Now, my to-do list of legitimate complaints has been checked off. It just goes to show that a company is only as good as its employees. Hire more people with integrity, and watch your reviews change for the better. Thanks, Isiah.
