  Absolutely TERRIBLE Customer Service And Completely Unreliable. I’ve Called At Least Four Times And Was Promised To Have An Inspection Done On 3 Different Dates And Times. NO CALL NO SHOW Every Time. Save Yourself Some Time And Stay Away.

  Last winter Jim came out and spent time talking through my issues, and he was a nice guy- offered up potential options- but then never followed up with the promised quote. I'm assuming he decided the job was too small, and if that's the case- I understand, but a return call or email would have been nice.

  They had come out last year in 2024 in April for a claim we had submitted on our roof in February. It seemed promising with Jim as he was a referral from our insurance agent. However, called and left several voicemails with him last year to follow up with no response between April and June. Then tried again fresh in 2025- called the office instead, the woman at the office said he was at a conference and would get back to us, never did. Then called again about a week later to try and follow up and the woman at the office said she would let him know to reach out. Never did. Unfortunately can't work with someone that doesn't get back to us :/ It's unfortunate because it seems like there's a lot of other promising reviews, not sure why we didn't have a great experience post first visit.

  Don’t recommend. I have siding damage from a storm from the beginning of this year. I called spoke to someone the lady did mention they were a little behind but that someone will be able to come to my house within 4 days to give an estimate. I have yet to hear from anyone. I have called several times and left voicemails. I even mention if you don’t have the time to at least call me back and let me know so I’m not wasting my time waiting on you. Nothing and every time I call I get sent to voicemail. Horrible customer service.

  Quoted in Feb for roof repair. Called today for garage siding quote. Different quote. Said they’d be out Friday.. Jim called back and questioned me why I didn’t use them for the quote in Feb, advised the original roofers paid a different company to repair it. I did not need a new roof. He said he could’ve fixed it, he said he was going to pass on the job since they don’t like to give out estimates and not get the job. I said that was UNPROFESSIONAL and then he told me to STOP… I do not deal with unprofessional companies. POOR customer service Jim

  I will NOT even bother dealing with this company nor recommend it. They were recommended by my insurance (first clue) so I called them and Jim came to inspect my roof. He told me that the roof has some damage and he will get back to me after he talks to my insurance. I haven’t got a call back since. I called the company three times and told me that they will have Jim get back to me. 10 days later still nothing. I can wait to hear their excuse.

  On May 8, 2022 I called Prusak Roofing to get my vent cover replaced. My information was taken and I was told that someone would reach out to me in 2-3 days. On May 17, I still hadn't received a call so I followed up and was told that someone would get back to be later that afternoon. On May 23, I left a voicemail because I still hadn't received a call back, but as of today no one has bothered to get back to me. I do not recommend Prusak Roofing on the basis of poor customer service.

  The deck outside my bedroom was dirty and greasy from years of grilling and hanging out. I called Frank on Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. He and and his crew were there the next day (Sunday) to do the job. It was fast, affordable and the pictures speak for themselves!

  Had a raccoon in my attic that entered through roof line/soffit. After having a raccoon extracted by exterminator Team Prusak came up with a build and repair plan to deter the raccoon from returning and getting back in and did a fantastic job making the build look seamless and part of the existing roofline. Great job!

  We were extremely satisfied with this family owned business from initial meeting with Anne Prusak, the owners's wife , to the completion of our roof and the replacement of two skylights complete with remote control to open and close the shade in any season. We were impressed with Anne's detailed explanation and the fact that the owner or a family member would be present during installation A crack in our driveway was repaired promptly when brought to their attention which occurred during the job. After four estimates, Prusak Roofing impressed my husband and I with their sincere and honest testimony of their product, and attention to every detail . We also received a Veteran's discount! In today's environment it is reassuring that a company who truly puts the customer before profit exists. HONEST!
