I want to first start off by saying that the entire process of working with this company has been absolutely awesome from start to finish! Martino, the owner, God bless him, was an absolute DREAM! Very kind, friendly, professional, punctual, personable, and any other good word you can think of. He takes all the calls himself personally, no middle man, no run around and that was the first good sign because although he is a busy man he makes sure that he hears about your concerns first hand. Martino and his guys are truly masters of their craft! My house literally looks brand new. Everything is so seamless and you can tell that they pay attention to detail. I can't say enough good things. Beautiful work, beautiful people, affordable and fair prices, what more can you ask for. I so look forward to working with this company in the future and I would recommend them to anyone. Huge thanks again to Martino and the guys!

A Wonderfully Blessed and Great experience, from the very beginning with the phone call to Faithful Roofing. Knowing how the Chicago weather storms were affecting the Chicago area, the owner of Faithful Roofing, hearing the desperation in my voice, immediately calmed me down, letting me know that Faithful Roofing would take care of my needs. Faithful Roofing came within an hour. After evaluating the rooftop, Faithful Roofing came back the very next morning at 8:00am and got the job done. There has been several heavy rain storms after Faithful Roofing came out, my house however, has not been negatively affected, due to the excellent job done by, Faithful Roofing!

Martino and his team were the first to respond when we had water leaking into our property. They came out quickly and tarped our roof to help prevent any further damage. Martino showed genuine concern from the moment we spoke with him, and he and his team did a great job explaining the situation clearly and walking us through what needed to be done. We really appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism, and care during a stressful situation.
