  Bill Lang came out. Looked at my roof and gutters. Said he would write an estimate and drop it off. Never heard from him again. Who does that?? My neighbor had 2 different appointments for him to come out and he never showed.

  Chads a real "nice guy" , he even says it everyday on jobsite to the customer despite his adverse behavior and lack of accountability.

  Their faulty installation of something as basic as a downspout on my house caused flooding in my basement. Mr. Lang came out and blamed my house and me for his subpar work! He left my house that day and never got back to me displaying a complete lack of integrity. The workmanship guarantee on his contract means NOTHING! I filed a claim with his liability insurer, Auto Owners, and got resolution that way. Mr. Lang wouldn't accept responsibility, but his liability insurer, and the forensic engineer they sent to my house to investigate, saw the problem and I was compensated for the damages caused by his careless work.

  Would not recommend this company my roof was leaking when it rained they said they repaired it and the next time it rained it was still leaking in the same spot tried calling them back and no answer I will be using another company now that will do the job right.

  I see all of these good reviews and yes, they are a good roofing company but don't let them install gutters for your home. About 2 years ago we had them put all new gutters on our house along with leaf guards. We have a red brick house, grey roof, white gutters and they put up brown leaf guards. We told them that, that was unacceptable and to take them off because it looked terrible. Mr.. Lang was upset that we didn't like the gutter guards he put on our home and basically ripped them off of the roof. In the process of his temper tantrum he lifted the end of our shingles up but said they would drop back down. We also called him to come out and fix the leaks in the corners of the gutters and he came back and put some caulk on them and said if there was any other problems to call him. Well the shingles never dropped back down and after several calls we never heard from him again. After 2 years of "new" gutters we have had water in our basement and now we have water in our bedroom thanks to the great job of the "new" gutters and his temper tantrum. Our home was built in 1957 and never had a water problems in our rooms with the original gutters. If you want a roof go for it they are good at that but call a different company for gutters.

  Had siding, soffit, fascia, shingles damaged from a wind storm. Called same day as storm, and Bill came out gave me, what I thought was a very reasonable price for the repairs. Told him to put us on the schedule. About 10 days later, everything was repaired. I've had them replace our roof about 1.5 years before and was very satisfied with the quality of work, so that's why I had them handle the latest repairs. If I ever need more work done on my home, they are the only people I feel comfortable doing business with, so they will be getting my call.

  I previously had Lang install a new roof and then after a serious hailstorm several years later, I had them put on another roof because they did such great work the first time. I have since had them install a roof / attic fan and have recommended them for work at my mother‘s home and other friend”s homes as well. They really do great work in our very, very easy to contact and obtain updates.. Shout out to Jorge, Elizabeth and the entire team. Thank you!!

  One of the Best companies I ever hired not only excellent work but friendly.. Honest and caring about the customer . I'm 77 years old and they Helped me out tremendously. I had storm Damage from a tree fell on my house now the roof is good as new P.S .I got more help and answers from Chad then my Insurance company

  After interviewing several roofing contractors for our Flossmoor home, we selected Lang Home Exteriors, and I'm glad we did. They were the first company to respond to my inquiry and did so professionally. Chad came out the very next day and arrived right on time. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and credible throughout the process. I especially appreciated that he recommended waiting until spring for the installation to ensure proper shingle adhesion rather than simply trying to get the job immediately. He also pointed out that the existing copper pans in our valleys were still in excellent condition and could be reused, which saved us unnecessary expense. Before leaving, Chad provided a detailed proposal and informational packet. As I compared multiple roofing bids, I found Lang's proposal to be one of the most thorough and complete. The scope clearly addressed important details such as flashing, ice and water shield, ventilation, and the integration of the existing copper pans. Those details gave me confidence that the roof would be installed correctly and built to last. Lang Home was not the lowest-priced bid we received, but after comparing multiple proposals, it was the company that gave me the greatest confidence the job would be done right. When spring arrived, Chad contacted us to schedule the work. He was on site several times during the two-day installation, coordinating with the crew and making sure everything stayed on track. The crew worked hard from early morning until dark both days to complete the project. The cleanup was thorough, the communication was excellent, and the finished roof looks great. I would strongly recommend Lang Home Exteriors to anyone considering a roof replacement.

  We had a great experience with Lang Home Exteriors. From the first call making an appointment, to Chad coming out to look at our projects and provide a quote on the spot. We worked with Lang to patch a hole in a shed roof, tree came down on it, and to reinstall some siding that came down during a bad winter storm. Chad was great with following up and got our work scheduled as soon weather permitted. We recommend Lang and Chad.

  Responded quickley and scheduled an estimate. They suggested a repair rather than trying to sell a new roof. They scheduled the repair within days and completed it very fast. Very happy and i will remember them for next time.
