Called for an estimate for a metal roof replace on a small block building. Nathan (the owner) came out and attempted to write out an estimate with a felt pen that didn't work well. He told me if I wanted him to do the job, he would write up a formal contract. I called a couple of days later and told him I wanted him to do the reroofing. He said he would get back to me but did not. I called three more times over a period of a month; each time he promised he would call back with a time to come back out and assess the roof. He never did. I finally gave up and hired another roofer. He may be good if you can actually get him to do the job, but who knows??? I certainly would not want to chance that he would ever finish the job if he did start it, based on the initial experience at the beginning! I won't ever call Protect Roofing again and certainly would never recommend this company!
