Tabby, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. To provide some context, our team completed the work that was included in the original scope of the project. The shelving work you referenced was not part of the services we were contracted to perform and was later requested by the property manager after the fact. We value all feedback and continuously work to improve communication and expectations between all parties involved in a project. We wish you the very best moving forward.

Google reviews do not allow enough words to detail the odyssey I went on to get a roof through this company, so I will skip most of the frustrations I experienced. With that in mind, here is a long story shortened immensely: …

Long story short, my Aunt paid 15K in full up front for a new roof back in June and still doesn't have a new roof. She has gotten the run around each and every time she has been in contact with this company. She calls and no one answers, she leaves messages and hardly ever gets a call back. Now she's at the point of getting a third party involved because when she does get to talk to a person it's excuse after excuse as to why they can't come out and do the work they have already been paid for. And yes the check has been cashed! My Aunt just lost her husband and this is the last thing she should have to worry about!!! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star review but they don't have negative stars.

Put $10,000 down for new metal roof in December 2021. It is May 2, 2022 and still no roof (or phone calls). Was first given February install weather dependent. Understandable. Then told end of March. Weather was very dry and mild this winter. Called at end of March and was told,”No, we told you May.” No, we were told March. How can I be so sure?…because I have over $40,000 of solar panels sitting on the side of my house since December waiting to be installed, waiting on a roof. Had they said “May” when we had asked in February, we would have requested our deposit back and gone with someone else. Now here it is May. Not a single phone call from this company. Update: After this review was left, my husband got a phone call with a tentative start date: May 17th. We will see what happen. Second update: Day before May 17th, no phone call. Husband calls and leaves a message. Not returned. Calls and leaves another message on the 17th. Calls today the 18th to say they will start Monday, May 23rd @ 8am. Also asked my husband about this poor review. My husband wisely said, “You’ll need to talk to my wife about that.” (Husband didn’t know I had posted these reviews.) I’m not changing ANYTHING as long as I do not have a finished roof on top of my house. Meanwhile I’m still paying for the $40,000 of solar panels AND a power bill because the roof isn’t done now 3 months after the original date given. Third update: Arrived May 23rd and 24th to remove the roof. Was here for 4 hours on 6/6 and made 50 panels. Final update: 204 days later, we have a roof. 90 days was the time frame we were given when we put our deposit down. Worked from 6/8-6/20 installing the roof. Minus a rain day, it only took 10.5 days to remove the old shingle roof and install the new metal roof, but 204 to get to this point. First, I will say the crew that came out and did the work did a great job. They really do good work. If it was just them that I was reviewing, I would recommend them without a doubt. Bu

It's very frustrating dealing with them, seldom returns calls, gives dates they don't keep. Work is okay.

Very, Very, Very, slow. Slow to get the job done after estimate. Quick to request payment though, even when job was not complete.
