I hired accurate roofing based off of reference from neighbors in the area and I will say I was not impressed. I attempted to reach out with questions a handful of times and was pushed off for days at a time until I heard anything back!! I keep my property fairly picked up as I did a walk through each day when the crew would leave, I found staples and nails in my side yard, bird feeders and driveway. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and shear care of the property, would not recommend to others as I was!!!!!

Does not honor guarantee, poor repair, has had to come back many times but still leaking, he says he does not have time that he has many other clients, always leaked worse with each attempt to fix. . He told me in the beginning what he could do to fix it but his "fix" didn't work.

This company is unprofessional. They do not perform they job in a skillful manner. My roof was full of rotted wood and they covered it with plastic and said and fine and they want to put new shingles on top. Hopping that I would not find out. To start from the beginning we were quoted $13,150.00 for them to remove the roof address any rotted wood , remove the gutters and replace the gutters. Well they started to remove the roof and discovered it was asbestos material. They said they didn't have a license to abate the hazardous shingles. We worked it out so I would remove the shingles and bag them and dispose it properly. He credited me $3450.00, and he would pay for all necessary materials and disposal fees. Walter then rescinded on the new agreement and excluded all wood work and gutters. I had already gave him 50% down and now he just wanted to lay the roofing water barrier and new shingles down. They dried the roof before the rain and did some wood work. I removed the gutters and found that all the fascia boards were rotten. They assured me that the fascia was in good condition. They even nailed new plywood to the rotten fascia. I've been in construction for over 40 years and have never seen someone or a company misrepresent themselves and try to dupe the customer. I would never recommend this company to reroof anyone's house.

Accurate Roofing is excellent. Our roof is steep and has 7 gables. James led the team and was very professional and knowledgeable on this kind of roof. We encourage anyone looking for top quality roofers then go with Accurate Roofing. They won’t let you down.

Drew was easy to work with. Great communication with Drew, James, and the rest of the crew. The work was done quickly, and our roof and yard were left clean of all debris. Would definitely use Accurate Roofing again.

We received 3 bids for our roofing project. They were competitive in price, but their customer service was head and shoulders above the competition. From start to finish, the crew were courteous and respectful. They cleaned up the work area every night and were very professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to anyone needing roofing services.

I called Accurate Roofing Co mid week and they were on the job by the following Monday. They did an awesome job. If you have any issues with your roof don't hesitate to call Walter or Drew for a quote and James and his crew will take care of you.

Accurate Roofing replaced one comp shingle roof and installed another new metal roof for me in late 2024 and early 2025. They did a great job on both and cleaned up well. Their price was best by far of the quotes I got and they had excellent communication throughout. Called several roofers who never called back and two who didn't care enough to come look at the jobs. Accurate Roofing is the best by far and I would hire them again.

ARC has done a number of roofing jobs for us on multiple properties using metal and composite materials according to need. We have been happy with the work and the crews who performed it. Friendly and helpful. It's not easy to find such timely and "accurate" help these days...
