We called Jacob on a Saturday late afternoon, he answered the phone! One star. He was out of town for the weekend but asked detailed questions about our leak situation! Second star. He offered to be at our house on Monday morning to verify what he already thought to be the cause of our leak that we had repaired once before buy somebody else! Third star. He arrived as promised on Monday morning! Fourth star. He verified availability of a better part for the repair with his supplier, gave us a quote and COMPLETED the repair that day! Fifth star. THATS how you run a 5 star business!!! Thank you Jacob. Mark and Betty Knisely.

Proof Roofing LLC. did a great job on my new roof. They showed up for all appointments right on time, and did everything as promised. The crew was great, worked from 8 am to 7 pm to get my roof done. Jacob was a great foreman, making sure all details were done and letting me know what was happening. A bravo to Jacob as well for explaining everything before the sale. Highly recommended
