Absolutely terrible and unreliable work. I’d rather have done the work myself than watch my family go through what they’re going through with these incompetent people.

I have had water coming into my walls. After professional roofing replaced roof on a home I bought Prior to me buying it. Professional roofing (Don and Danny Hiem) Came and looked at it. And informed me that it was their error, causing the issue of water seeping through my wall walls, they stated that they would fix it. Lied about coming to fix it multiple times. We had to make multiple threats about putting them on blast. And put a lean on their business. Finally came and “fixed” it weeks after looking at it. Or so we thought. Noticed a Moisture stain on the outside siding. Went to my attic to check to see if they repaired their mistake and could see daylight through my roof around the chimney piping going through the roof. (They were supposed to seal around the collar/flashing) Called professional roofing and construction, and spoke with owner who couldn’t keep his lies straight and grew frustrated when caught in a lie. We ended up having a different roofer come and look at it and they confirmed that there was water in the old chimney piping and that they did not seal the flashing around it. Don’t waste you money on this company if you do not have to.

I have a very steep roof on a century old house and they did an awesome job replacing it. They did a great clean up too! No flat tires!

It has been several years since they did my roof. As a matter of fact, we may have been one of their first customers. They did a fantastic job and stayed within the estimate and completed their work in timely manner. I would recommend.

Just had them do my roof for the third time in fourteen years(2009, 2011 and 2023) due to hail storms. Each time they did excellent work. They give a fair estimate (under what the insurance had estimated), they do not ask for a down payment and they don't expect you to pay anything until the job is done. I did not find any nails in the yard when they finished and I walked around the house 4 times because I didn't want to get any nails in my tractor tires. They were at the house at precisely at 6:55 am and did not leave until 6:00 pm each day and were on the roof working all day except for short breaks and lunch. The roof looks great and I will use them for the next hail storm if it happens again.

We highly recommend Professional Roofing. They gave a fair estimate, did great work, had a quick turnaround and completion time. We highly recommend, especially considering some companies out there are price gauging after a recent hail storm. Professional Roofing did not do that, and they earned our business and our recommendation!

Did a great job on the roof. Gave 3 stars because the owner Don was rude towards me "who is renting the house not the owner who is paying him". Don left the quote he gave at my place and didn't email it to the building owner …
