  Horribly incompetent and I am going to ensure that every single person in the Tri-State Area knows that these people don’t solve problems, they make them FAR WORSE! Don’t walk, run away from these people and go for a reputable company registered with the Better Business Bureau.

  Hello Jen, We understand your confusion. My father owned Professional Roofing and I ran the company for many years. My father recently passed away. I updated the number so we could warranty jobs if needed. We didn't hack the account; I created that Google account over 15 years ago and I have managed ever since. We appreciate the feedback and always strive get better but honesty and integrity is the core of our company.
