  I'm torn. This company was great to work with in the beginning - responsive & helpful with emergency tarping. They brought a crew of 3 people - got our roof done in two days. However, the billing process was awful. Completely awful. They continued to give us our insurance quote as the bill (when not everything was done by their company). When we asked questions to clarify, we were met with an extremely rude manager, Anthony Wright. I can't believe he gets away talking to people the way he did with us. His condescending responses consisted of not answering ANY questions, and an assumptive close 'When can I pick up the check'. We explained we were merely trying to ensure numbers came out correctly (we had to deal with 6 companies to fix derecho damage) - but he didn't care. It took 16 back and forths - and 2 hrs of me going through every single email/text, going over our insurance quote 3 times before I finally gave in (with NO help from Anthony). Before work was done, we even had referred a friend of ours to them who desperately needed help with derecho damage. She's now having the SAME issues with Anthony and even more issues with the work they 'completed'. But I'll let her write her own review...

  Midwest Storm Company came out and put a new roof and gutters on our home. They did a great job. We worked with Cael. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Had everything done in 2 days for each service. Left my property clean without any mess. Highly recommend them if you are in need of new gutters or a roof.

  Roof installed a couple years ago. Gutter gaurd needed inspection after several years, secondary to weather, branches and walnuts. Keegan came down the same day as my call. Inspection and minor repairs were completed immediately. Who does that? These guys do. After an excellent roof installation several years ago, he was still right there. With guys like Keegan, no need to look any farther for services of this nature.

  Anthony Wright made the entire roofing process simple from start to finish. He was honest, responsive, and took care of everything with our insurance claim. Our new roof looks fantastic, and the crew was professional and efficient. I highly recommend Anthony and Midwest Storm Company!

  On short notice they were able to repair a leak in my roof and they were able to do repairs on my daughter’s house to prevent a possible issue. Very responsive and friendly. Great job!!! Thanks for getting repairs done on a short notice!!

  Anthony went above and beyond to help us with our roof replacement. He was knowledgeable, timely, and communicative. His crew did a great job and made fast work of the project. They also were very thorough in their cleanup. 10/10 would recommend.

  Called to get a quote. They replied quickly. Unlike some other roofers that wouldn't do it because it was to small of a job. They came and checked my roof the same day I called. The guys were here to repair my roof within an 1/2 hour. Great job. Would recommend.

  If you want something done right and at a very fair price, these are the guys to have you do it…. Gutters, Down Spout, Roof roofs, Siding, they do it all, great people thank you so much for all that you did for me.

  Anthony helped us every step of the way with our roof/siding repair after a storm. We are new homeowners and he was extremely patient and considerate. His company got the job done quickly and professionally. We are very satisfied with the results and would recommend and use their services again.

  Nick was at our house on three different occasions trying to help us figure out what was causing water stains on our ceiling. We thought we had the problem fixed and then in the midst of selling our house a new water stain cropped up in a place where we had not seen one before. At this point, we decided to replace the roof, Nick was there within a day to check things out and give us a quote and a week later the new roof was done. I highly recommend Midwest storm company, they are friendly easy to work with and very professional.
