pro jp did our roof and im really no regrets going with them. the quote came in reasonable and they broke everything down so i knew what i was paying for. no pressure at all during the estimate. when the day came the crew rolled up early and got right to it. tear off was quick, they had a dumpster set up and kept most of the mess contained. the new shingles look sharp and the color matches the house better than i expected from the sample. they redid the chimney flashing and the vents too. one of the guys walked me around at the end to show me what they did and made sure i was happy before they packed up. yard was clean, no nails in the grass that i found. the office was easy to reach when i had a question about the warranty paperwork. roof has been through a couple heavy rains and everything is dry. solid company that does what they say

Had ice dams cause some real damage to our roof and soffits over the winter and we had water coming in along one wall by spring. Found Pro JP after asking around in some New Lenox groups for recommendations. They came out, identified that the original install had no ice and water shield along the eaves which is why we kept having the same problem. Tore off the affected sections, did it right this time, and replaced the damaged soffit. No issues since and we've been through another winter.

Pro JP took care of our roof and did a solid job. Crew stayed on the task and wrapped up on schedule. The new roof is a clear upgrade from what was there-looks way better when you pull up to the house.final bill matched the estimate too, which is always nice when dealing with contractors.
