  Hired Integrity (Bret) to remove old electric fixtures on my roof after I had my electrical updated to 200amps with new conduit and service mast. They tore out a 3 week old neoprene boot that my electrician put on for no reason at all and replaced it with this monstrosity of a retrofit. This was not on the contract for labor either. I explained to Bret my concerns and all he mentions is he will add a dollop of caulk when he comes to pick up the check “in full”. Come and get it, I’ll be thrilled to never deal with your terrible company again.

  Hi Dan, We are sorry you felt the need to publicly post after we discussed this concern with you hours beforehand. We have been communicative, responsive, reliable and timely throughout this entire process and even completed work for you that other professionals would not do. This work was done correctly and explained to you why it was not necessarily aesthetically pleasing. Our production manager not only fielded your questions and complaints after business hours while he was with his family, but he remained professional when you used aggressive and expletive language towards him. He confirmed he backs the work and would provide you with a warranty, while also offering to come back out and double check/add any additional caulk etc. that would help make you feel better. Although we are a small business, we are experienced and knowledgeable professionals who strive daily to help people while doing the right thing in order to provide for our families. We are happy to discuss this further (as mentioned yesterday evening) when we come to pick up payment. Thank you, Sasha Kunnemann Owner/COO

  Was never given a quote. Never got a follow back. Went with another Siding company.

  A few years back we wanted our fascia and soffits covered . Hired a company to do the work. They told us the gutters would need replacing as well. We hired them to do the work and the installation of the gutters looked awful complained that we were not happy. Their solution of trying to cover all the gaps was to add more tin & charge me more. From that day forward my goal was to let anyone who’d listen how bad the work was! Fast forward to about a month ago I came around to the front of our house and a person was on my walk. He introduced himself as George & the company he works for. He went on to tell me about the home in my area had storm damage due to the storms in April. Thinking he was with the company that installed our rain gutters I started letting him know about how unhappy we still are with the bad job his company did to our gutters & trim. I then asked him to leave.it was then my wife came around a softly to me that’s not who George is with. This whole time I was complaining George was calm and asking when this happened and who I was dealing with. After finding out he’s not with that company I couldn’t stop apologizing. He handled it like pro. I asked him if he was still Interested in inspecting my roof. He said he would. After climbing down he showed us pictures of all the damage. We invited him in and he called our insurance company to file a claim. And after a rocky start thanks to me , George took over. He handle everything for us. George assured us that they would also take care of our gutters. They would rehang, adjust the pitch and replace the awful looking trim with the proper size trim. George contacted us weekly with updates, also reassuring us that Integrity exteriors will do a great job. George was 100% correct. Integrity did an outstanding job. Thank you George, Dan, Kevin and everyone else with integrity! Integrity is a great company, we’re very happy with your work. And again, thank you George!

  Dan and George at Integrity were fantastic to work with. After discovering major hail damage to our roof from this spring’s storm, we partnered with them for the full insurance claim process. From their initial inspection to the adjuster appointment, the process moved quickly; about two weeks total. They documented the damage thoroughly and even showed up during our adjuster appointment to make sure everything was properly seen. Thanks to their help, our claim for a full roof replacement was approved, and Dan gave us a fair, transparent estimate for the work. They were honest and trustworthy throughout, and I’d recommend them to anyone dealing with an insurance claim or in need of a new roof.

  We called Integrity with a leak and they went above and beyond to help us! Quick responses from both Sasha and Mike, and they helped us temporarily stop the problem until the crew could get there the next day to fix the problem. We were so grateful!

  I was very pleased with Integrity Exteriors as we had a leak in our ceiling/roof and they came out to make the repair the very next day! I also appreciated the honesty regarding our roof's condition rather than just trying to sell us a whole new roof. Mike followed up with us to make sure everything was good with the repair. We are very grateful we called Integrity Exteriors!

  We had an issue with an ice dam in a gutter, so we contacted Integrity, based on their great reviews. They were quick to work us into the schedule. Mike was knowledgeable, handled the current situation, and helped us decide next steps to prevent any further issues. Will definitely use them in the future again and would recommend them to others!

  Do to a hail damage in my roof, Lizandro Prado Jr was in my neighborhood giving free roof inspection so he helped whit the hall process very friendly transparency true out my entire project I'm so happy whit my New roof thank you! Linzandro and the entire company Integrity Exteriors.

  We were referred to Integrity Exteriors by a friend and neighbor, who contracted with them after a major hail storm in our neighborhood, and they came highly recommended. The sales rep that we worked with, Dan, could not have been better and more accommodating. He met with the insurance adjuster and facilitated all the paperwork for the insurance claim, which took that stress off our plate. We also had some other cosmetic items not included in the storm damage that we asked to have them wrap into their quote. Dan was awesome, providing multiple quotes for the insurance vs non-insurance portions of the job, and worked with us to get an affordable price on the extra items we added. He visited our home while the various projects were being completed and was super communicative with information, scheduling, etc. He was very responsive to any questions I asked, both via email and text. We are very pleased with the final product and would definitely recommend both the company and Dan to anyone looking for a seamless experience!

  We absolutely loved working with Integrity Exteriors, especially Bret. From start to finish Bret and his team of skilled workers made the installation of our new roof a fast and excellent experience. Bret is such a wonderful Production Manager and his exceptional knowledge and guidance was equal to his Customer Service. He made sure there were no surprise costs, timeline hiccups, and he was always available if we had questions or needed input. My family highly recommends Integrity for your next roof upgrade!
