  I’m very pleased with the roofing work I had done. I had a full roof replacement along with interior repairs where a roof leak had caused damage inside a closet. The new roof looks excellent, and the roofing crew finished much faster than I expected. The drywall repair Bernard did in the closet came out perfect and blended in really well. Jamie stayed in touch with my insurance company and the HOA throughout the job, which made the whole process simple and stress free. Anytime I had questions, Collin followed up right away and kept me updated. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience, and I would absolutely recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof replacement or leak repair.

  They did an excellent job on my roof replacement. Jamie stayed true to the quote, kept the pricing fair, and clearly walked me through my roofing options. All of my questions were answered during the whole project and even after the work was finished, which gave me a lot of confidence as a new homeowner. The crew was friendly, professional, and worked fast. They completed the roofing job and cleanup in just one day, which really impressed me. They also took extra time to check a few areas around the gutters and roofline, which felt like they truly cared about the quality of the work. The yard and driveway were left very clean, and I have not found any nails or debris afterward. Overall, they made the entire roofing process easy and stress-free and really set a high standard for contractor service.

  jamie and his crew of two did a really great job on several roofing and exterior repair items around my home. i had a mix of problems, including a few damaged siding panels, two roof cables that had come loose, cracked post channels on the shed, and a broken exterior window trim piece. there were also a lot of small trouble spots, like a loose satellite pulling on the side panels and a long corner channel that needed to be reset because it was starting to bow outward. they also repaired and repainted a section of wood along the roof edge where the paint had chipped badly from sun and weather exposure. a damaged aluminum fascia piece had come loose near the roofline, and they replaced it with a new aluminum section that fit well and looked clean. collin and erik worked hard through the day and stayed focused on getting everything handled the right way. when matching materials was not easy because the color was uncommon, jamie found a smart solution and carefully used spare pieces i already had to finish the repair properly. that extra effort really stood out. while they already had the ladders set up, they even helped with one small extra item, which showed they were willing to be helpful and flexible. what i appreciated most was jamie's attitude. he was easy to talk to, respectful, and clearly wanted the repairs done right. good roofing and exterior contractors can be hard to find, so it was a relief to work with someone dependable. the pricing felt fair, the workmanship looked solid, and the repaired roofline, fascia, trim, and panels all look much better now. i would gladly recommend jamie and his team and would hire them again for future roofing or exterior work.

  After comparing several roofing contractors and doing a lot of homework, I picked Pro Family Roofing & Exteriors for a full roof and gutter replacement. Bernard was very professional, easy to work with, and made smart helpful choices that kept the project on budget and moving right on time. I was really impressed with the crew’s skill and attention to detail. Most of all, Bernard stayed involved throughout the job, checking the work closely and making sure everything was done with quality care. During the two-day roofing project, a few neighbors even stopped by to ask about the work because the new roof looked so good. I would highly recommend them for any roofing or exterior work, and I plan to reach out again for siding updates.

  After storm damage, i needed a new roof and some related exterior work. I looked into the company after reviewing their roofing information packet and seeing strong customer feedback. their customer service was excellent, and they stayed responsive through all my questions about shingles, gutters, and the insurance process. They even helped connect me with a new solar provider when my previous installer was no longer available. jamie did a great job working back and forth with my insurance company, which took a lot of effort and follow-up. The crew delivered quality workmanship, the roof looks solid, and the cleanup was handled well. There was a small issue with a gutter during the project, but bernard got it corrected quickly. very satisfied with the overall roofing service and would recommend them in Hills.

  I was very frustrated at first about a roof leak around a vent, but I appreciate that Pro Family Roofing & Exteriors followed up and sent Bernard back out to inspect the problem again. The leak had shown up near my kitchen ceiling during rain, and I was worried about the ceiling damage and whether the flashing and vent area had been fully sealed. After the additional visit, they kept working through the issue and honored the roof repair warranty. Once the vent area and surrounding roofing components were properly checked and corrected, the leak stopped. I have used my AC since then with no ceiling issues, and during rain there has been no more water coming in. In the end, I am thankful they stayed with the job, addressed the roof leak correctly, and got everything resolved.

  From the night our roof was hit by bad weather, the team responded fast and got to work right away. Strong winds had torn shingles off three fairly large sections of our roof, and we were worried about possible leaks. We called late that evening, and bernard, erik, and jamie arrived that same night to check the damage. They got up on the roof quickly and put down a protective cover over the exposed areas to help keep water out until the full roofing repair could be done. They also gave helpful advice about handling the insurance claim and pointed us in the right direction in case we needed extra support. After the claim was approved, bernard and erik took time to walk us through roofing material options and helped us choose shingles that looked great with our home and offered solid long-term performance for the warm weather in CA. Their knowledge of roof replacement, shingle quality, and overall roof protection made the whole process much easier. The installation crew also did an excellent job. They kept the job site clean, stayed organized during the tear-off and reroofing work, and showed real care for our property from start to finish. we really appreciated how professional, responsive, and respectful everyone was. in the end, it is the people who make the biggest difference, and this roofing team has the right people helping homeowners when they need it most.

  Our roof was in really bad shape, and we had put off replacing the shingles for too long. We collected several estimates for both metal roofing and architectural shingles from different roofing contractors, and we decided to go with architectural shingles for a few important reasons. The pricing was fair, not the highest and not the lowest, which gave us confidence in the value. Erik was the most responsive from the start and never made us feel pressured. He answered all of our questions clearly and honestly, and he was very understanding about the condition of our roof. Unlike some other roofing companies we spoke with, he made us feel comfortable and respected throughout the whole process. It really felt like he cared about making sure we were happy with the roofing work and the final result. The warranty coverage also stood out. Between the workmanship warranty and the manufacturer protection, we felt our new roof system would be well covered. The proposal was also very clear about what could affect the final price if hidden roofing issues were found during tear-off. When the crew found an extra layer of old shingles, we already had a good idea of what that would mean for the cost, so there were no surprises. The finished roof looks beautiful and has completely changed the look of our home. The roofing crew was professional, careful, and detail-oriented the whole time.
