Overall, everything went very well and I really have no complaints. Tearing off an old roof and replacing the gutters can usually leave a bit of a mess, but the roofing crew kept the job site under control from start to finish. They finished the roof replacement and gutter work within the time they originally quoted, and before I knew it, the cleanup was done and the property looked neat again. Tracy was my project manager, and he was very knowledgeable about the roofing materials, installation process, and what to expect during each step of the job. He also helped make sure the cleanup was handled well afterward, which I appreciated. A couple of small issues came up during the project, but they were minor and were addressed right away without any trouble. He stayed on top of everything and made sure each concern was resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend Tracy for any roofing or gutter work in Granada Hills. The whole process felt easy, organized, and professional, and the finished roof looks great.

i recently had a roofing team come out for a roof inspection, and tracy was very thorough and let me know the roof was still in good shape. During the visit, i also learned they could help with other exterior work i needed. The older windows on my house had been showing wear for a long time, and the gutters also needed attention, so having one crew handle everything was a big help. They completed the window replacement and installed new gutters, and the overall look of my home improved a lot. tracy was professional, easy to work with, and kept the whole project simple from start to finish. Brayden and the crew were organized, respectful, and made sure the roofing and exterior details all looked clean and finished. In the CA heat and sun, it feels good to have exterior upgrades that improve both appearance and function. i highly recommend this team for roof inspections, gutters, windows, and other exterior home improvement work.

WOW, J&m Roofing did an excellent roofing job. I have handled many home and rental projects, and this was one of the smoothest. They were professional, went beyond the contract, and took care of the roofing work along with related items …

absolute Perfection! this roofing team completely refreshed our home in Granada Hills. We have trusted them for years for our roof, gutters, and exterior roofing-related needs, and recently we asked about additional exterior work to match the new roofline and overall curb appeal. Our vision really came to life, and their attention to detail shows in every part of the job. they were always professional, easy to reach, and clear with communication from start to finish. Their prep work, roof protection, and clean up were far beyond what we have seen from other contractors. The crew made sure the property stayed neat each day, and the finished result looks sharp, clean, and well-built for the sunny CA weather. We have received so many compliments from neighbors, family, and friends about the upgraded look of our home. we highly recommend their roofing work and related exterior services. The before-and-after difference is amazing, and the quality really stands out.

J&m Roofing did an amazing job on our older roof. Brayden and the crew found underlayment problems that had been causing leaks and some deck damage, and they handled the roof repairs the right way. They started early, worked fast, and finished in less than two days without cutting corners. The crew protected the area around the house to keep debris and dust under control, and they used a good-sized trailer so cleanup was quick and smooth. They even left the property cleaner than it was before the roofing work began. The new roof looks even better than expected, and the whole project felt professional, organized, and well done.

Overall, it was a really good roofing experience with J&m Roofing. What I first thought would be a simple roof replacement ended up needing a little more work, but the crew handled it smoothly and finished the job right. I also realized …

They did an amazing job and really went above and beyond with the roofing work I needed. Tracy was very helpful, professional, and took extra time to make sure I understood everything. Brayden was polite, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the full roofing process, what repairs were needed, and how the crew would handle the job from start to finish. The team was respectful, skilled, and their workmanship was clean and excellent. They even noticed a small issue near the chimney and took care of it right away, which showed great attention to detail. They also fixed a few loose exterior pieces at no extra charge, even though that was not part of the main roof service. It is clear this roofing company truly cares about customers and takes pride in doing quality work. They were honest, dependable, and easy to trust with important home repairs. In warm California weather, it is important to have a solid roof and exterior that can handle sun and seasonal conditions, and this crew delivered exactly that. I would gladly call them again for any future roof repair or roofing project.

Our townhouse shares a roofline with our neighbor, and they recently had their roof replaced by J&M Roofing. After dealing with a disappointing roofing job from another contractor in the past, I was not expecting much at first. But while I was home during the roof replacement, the whole process went smoothly and was handled in a very professional way. The crew was respectful, efficient, and clearly knew roofing work well. They completed the reroof quickly, kept the work area organized, and paid attention to cleanup the entire time. A few shingles landed on our back porch during the job, but they cleaned everything up right away and made sure there was no leftover debris in the yard or around the property. What stood out most was that they also noticed and fixed a few loose shingles on our side that had been making noise during windy weather. That extra care really impressed me. It is hard to find roofers who do quality work, communicate well, and leave the property clean, but this crew did all of that. I was very pleased with the experience and would gladly use them for any future roofing needs.

J&M Roofing was excellent from start to finish. Tracy and Brayden did a very thorough roof inspection, took time to mark the damaged shingles, explain what was causing the problems, and walk us through every issue they found. They also helped during the insurance process by meeting with the adjuster, pointing out the roof damage, and making sure nothing was missed, which helped move the claim along quickly. Once the roof replacement was scheduled, we got a clear and detailed explanation of the full roofing process, including materials, timing, cleanup, and what to expect during installation. On install day, Brayden stayed onsite the whole time to make sure the crew, flashing, shingles, and ventilation work were all handled the right way and that everything stayed on track. Any questions we had were answered right away, and the whole project felt organized, professional, and stress free. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

i hired J&M Roofing for an old low-slope roof and part of my shed roof in Granada Hills because both areas had leaks and worn roofing. the crew finished the job on time with very little disruption, and the overall roof repair process was smooth. there was a small mix-up at first about one item on the work order and which section was getting the reshingling, but tracy and brayden went over everything, fixed it, and made sure the remaining old roofing section was addressed properly. the price was fair, the workmanship was solid, and the follow-up service was very helpful. they even came back to double-check a few tricky spots i wanted looked at again, which gave me extra confidence in the repair. after heavy rain and typical warm California weather, the roof has held up well with no leaks or moisture issues. i was happy with the final result and appreciated that they made sure the job was done right.
