i have worked in real estate for many years and have often used and recommended patton family roofs for new roof installs and roof repairs on homes i listed, sold, and rental properties under management. the roofing work has always been professional, fairly priced, and completed with solid craftsmanship. in northridge, it is important to have a roof that can handle strong sun and seasonal weather, and they have consistently delivered dependable results. every client i referred was happy with the quality of the roof work, clear communication, and quick response times. i also want to recognize preston, who recently helped coordinate a roof repair on a property i was selling so we could stay on schedule and close without delays. preston was easy to reach, returned calls promptly, and made sure the repair was handled efficiently from start to finish.

We recently had a full roofing project completed with new GAF shingles, the roofing system, gutters, siding, and window capping, and we are very happy with the results. After comparing a few estimates, we chose Jude because the pricing was fair and straightforward, with no unexpected costs. Jude was professional, honest, and easy to talk to throughout the job. The roofing crew worked hard, stayed focused, and delivered quality workmanship. Jude was on site, available for questions, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. They showed up on time, finished the roof in just one day, and completed the siding and capping over the next couple of days. Everything looks clean, solid, and well installed, and the home now has great curb appeal for Northridge weather. We highly recommend this roofing company.

I called a roofing company and spoke with Dean about a leak in my attic around the vent pipe that comes through the roof. Even though he had a busy schedule, he made time to come out, inspect the problem, and explain everything clearly. He found that the rubber boot around the vent pipe was cracked and worn out, which was letting water in. He gave me a fair quote and came back the very next day to take care of the repair. Even though it was a small roofing job, he treated it like it mattered and knew it could lead to much bigger water damage if it was left alone. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and I felt confident in the quality of the work. Dean was friendly, honest, and hardworking throughout the whole process. It is not always easy to find a roofer in Northridge who responds that fast and handles roof leak repairs with that much care. When it is time for a full roof replacement, this is the roofing company I will be calling again.

I highly recommend this roofing company. Preston has been terrific. I was referred by my realtor after moving in from out of state. We had a roof leak after heavy storms, and then another issue showed up later. Preston went the extra mile to diagnose the second problem and found it could be related to the chimney cap area. Roof leak detection can be tricky, but he was very thorough and did not leave anything to chance. His careful inspection helped prevent what could have become major interior water damage. The pricing was fair, and even more important, the roofing service was prompt, professional, and better than expected. The whole experience was smooth, reliable, and truly exceptional.

Throughout the whole roofing process, Patton Family Roofs kept us updated at every step. We had our roof replaced, and it was very important to me and my husband that all the communication could be handled through emails and texts, which made everything easy and convenient. They arrived around 8:00 and finished by 5:00, and the work moved along in a very smooth and organized way. One of the crew members, preston, was incredibly agile and energetic carrying shingles up the ladder and working safely on the roof. The cleanup crew did a great job picking up all debris, old roofing material, and loose nails, so the property looked neat when the job was done. The site manager was friendly, professional, and well organized, coordinating the full roofing job throughout the day and making sure everything stayed on track. The price felt fair for the quality of the roof replacement, and we were very happy with how the project was handled from the first text message to the final cleanup. it was a smooth experience, the crew worked hard, and we really appreciated the clear updates, careful cleanup, and solid workmanship. we are very pleased with our new roof, and i would gladly recommend their roofing service to anyone needing reliable roof work done right.

Patton Family Roofs just wrapped up our roofing and gutter work, and we are very happy with how everything turned out. The price was very fair and competitive, the crew was friendly, helpful, and respectful, and the finished roof looks great. There was no pushy sales talk, no overpriced quote, and no 'today only' pressure. They made the whole roofing process easy, did not require my husband to be there for the estimate, and did not ask for a deposit up front. They were also able to get the roofing materials faster than other contractors we checked with, which helped keep the job moving. We wanted quality manufacturer-backed roofing products, and they gave us confidence from the start with their knowledge, clear communication, and solid workmanship.

Greyson and his crew at Patton Family Roofs just finished our new roof, and the whole experience was smooth from the first meeting to the final cleanup. From day one, we felt like we were in good hands. A friend told us about their roofing work, and after speaking with greyson, we felt confident moving forward. The service, clear explanation, fair pricing, and quality workmanship were all outstanding. We had a hard time picking the right shingle color, but through several helpful talks and by looking at other completed roofing jobs, dean helped us feel comfortable and sure about the best fit for our home. The crew was professional, easy to work with, and paid close attention to detail during the install. they made the process simple, kept the job site clean, and delivered a strong, great-looking roof that really improved our home. We are already planning another exterior project because everything went so well, and we truly could not be happier with the result.
