Scope of work underlayment and relay tiles. Met Mike and Edith thought I had did my homework. Told them they got the job as another roofer told me tiles discontinued he wanted to do same screw up they did. They said no problem. Work started 7-1-26 ended ,7-3-26. Paid them second and final installment asked Mike if he walked the roof and all is ok great oh yes he said.. 2 hours later I walk to mailboxes one block away look down behind the row of homes mine had a area at top of different colored tiles I came unglued not only did they lie to me they deceived me as no mention of this as it would never pass HOA Inspection and it didn't and they had HOA architecture form that said must be same colored tiles. Why would any company do this they wanted my cash and run. They said they would look into tile boneyards no result then maybe buy cement tiles and paint them unacceptable. Only fix was to get a quote of 9800.00 to retile roof all awhile waiting on HOA approval. Never got a signed contract and on 7-10 after no communication I got rid of them. Now I had to find a company that would get permits that were never pulled and redo roof. New underlayment and tiles. Cost me another 17000 now I have a 27000 dollar roof. 10500 wasted on priorityone roofing not following simple instructions. If we could not retile with same color they would have got the whole job as it had to be done but no they wanted to scam me. Use at your own risk. Still waiting on my new roof to be installed.....UPDATE 8-11-2026 WE NOW HAVE A LEAK IN MASTER BDR 1 month after roof put on. I spent a extra 1000.00 for underlament. Sent 3 emails for warranty work they do not respond as their warranty is non existent. They knew when they started the tiles were discontinued and in the week getting the materials they could have told us we can't complete, they would have got whole job then. They told nobody about wrong colored tiles they lie lie lie. Any body is welcome to come talk to me or my neighbors to confirm

Hi Mark, We’re sorry you’re unhappy with the final appearance of the repair. The original roof tile has been discontinued, which made finding an exact color match impossible. We made a good-faith effort to locate the closest available tile, and we also discussed the option of retiling due to a match not being available. A full retile would require additional materials, labor, and HOA approval, which is why it was presented as a separate option rather than included in the original underlayment and relay scope. We understand that the color difference is frustrating and regret that the limitations created by the discontinued tile. We do not agree that we intended to “take your cash and run.” We attempted to identify possible matching tiles and offered a path toward replacing additional tile if an acceptable match was not available.

It was my fist estimate of 5 and it was the best price, they use quality underlayment ( that is what I had done, same tiles )It took about 2 1/2 days to complete , new drip shield and bird block, they kept me informed and Edith was a good communicator , as they did a special request for me where my tree makes a mess on the roof , overall very happy

Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 12 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 12, of which 11 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.

Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.

There is not much data on PriorityOne Roofing & Construction. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
