  Very poor drivers… completely cut me off I had to slam on the breaks. Driving very recklessly putting me and my 2 small children in danger. I wasn’t the only person he did this to. Especially in the company truck is extremely unprofessional.

  I called regarding leak issue on new roof. Marco diagnosed the issue after checking roof and along ac unit. Small repairs done. Very good technician. Very through. Took pics and explained how he resolved. Legacy is the best company to work with on your roofing issues. Also since warranty call they came out in afternoon after I contacted office.GREAT SERVICE.

  I called the company on a Monday morning and by that afternoon a crew came out to fix my repair need. The crew could not have been nicer or more professional. This is one of the best service organizations I have ever dealt with.

  I cannot recommend Legacy Roofing highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was a pleasure. Everyone I dealt with was professional, communication was outstanding at every step, and the quality of the work was excellent. I was out of town when they finished our roof repair, so I wasn’t able to inspect the work in person right away. They sent photos, which gave me confidence in paying the balance. When I returned, I noticed a couple of items that still needed attention, so I called Legacy. They connected me right away with Blue, a foreman who was filling in for Aaron. Justin, Blue, and another crew member were back at my house within an hour to take a look. After inspecting the roof, they acknowledged that they had overlooked the issue I raised and immediately went back to their shop to fabricate a few pieces of metal. About an hour later, they returned and got back on the roof to finish the job. Within a couple of hours, everything was completed. They followed up with a call and later sent photos showing the completed work. I also want to mention Tony, the salesman who initially came out to inspect the roof and provide the quote. He was thoughtful, thorough, and patient in answering all of my questions. He even followed up by text several times to address additional questions and clarifications. He was able to get our repair scheduled less than a week later and even came by with Aaron, our initial foreman, to walk the job, get on the roof, and point everything out so nothing would be missed. I don’t often go out of my way to leave reviews like this, but Legacy Roofing exceeded my expectations and deserves the praise. Of course, the real test will be the next rain, but based on their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail, I feel very confident in the work. Thank you again to Tony, Aaron, Justin, and Blue. Much appreciated!

  Hello Erica, I want to let you know that we are actively working with BP Shingles, the manufacturer of your shingles, to get your roof issue resolved. Based on what we are seeing, this appears to be a manufacturer defect with the shingles, not an installation-related issue. Unfortunately, manufacturer warranty claims can take time, and BP’s process is not always as fast as we would like it to be. That said, please know that we understand how frustrating this situation is, and we are doing everything we can on our end to help move this forward. We are staying engaged with the manufacturer and will continue pushing for a resolution for you and your home. While the defect itself falls under the manufacturer’s warranty and is outside of our direct control, we are not ignoring the issue or leaving you to deal with it alone.
