  This is a very careless business that refused to take responsibility for shoddy clean up. Two flat tires post roof repair and despite the bounty of staples and nails collected from our driveway they claim no responsibility. Save yourself the heartache and choose a vendor who takes pride in their work.

  I called. Them this morning talked to Scott & he said that he would talked to the powers to be & would get back to me. As of tonight I still am waiting for a call back.

  Do not use unless you are an able bodied male that can oversee the work. 10 years ago my Dad was here and could keep an eye on the and the did a good job. Now it it is about being taken advantage of. Be sure you do not mind a total lack of communication, cooperation and poor workmanship. If you are 92, female, trusting people to mean what they say and do what they said they would do....and you want to wait from July until the following March for poorly done job to be completed---then this is your company. They did not replace the "soft boards". They took the advice from an offsite contractor and pulled up and ruined her previously working cooler and destroyed copper tubing. They hired a different contractor to put the new cooler and he put it in backward, the drainage is on the uphill side by the downdraft vent of the cooler. They did not clean up the nails in the driveway. They "badgered" her for payment when she had not yet received the payment from the insurance company BECAUSE they had not turned their paperwork in a timely manner and the job was not yet done. The never said "sorry" for the inconvenience for the rudeness, for the lack of communication or any of the grief they caused her.

Due to staffing shortages and the amount of homeowners in need of new roofs, we have been scheduling work out 8-12 months. This is something that is currently out of our control and we do apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to complete the job sooner. We do feel we went above and beyond to remedy any issues that came up. Badger Roofing paid a licensed HVAC contractor to install a new evaporative cooler (provided by the owner) to replace the old unit and did stay in contact with the insurance company to make sure all funds were released in a timely manner. Again we are sorry for any miscommunication with you and your mom regarding scheduling and the insurance payment process.

  I called to see if someone could come meet our Insurance Adjuster in a week from my call. They called me back in 1 day after my call which I left a message She said it would take a month for someone to come and look at my Roof damage and back Pario leaking damage from the Rain/Hail Storms. She said she would check to see if they could make it out sooner. In the mean time an other Company could come out in a day. So really didn't get a chance to speak to anyone. I called because of all the Radio and Truck advertising I saw for about 2 weeks prior to our bad Storms.

We are trying our best to get to everyone in a timely manner; unfortunately this is not always the case. We are pleased you were able to find another reputable roofer to service your needs.

  The job itself was decent enough and done in a timely manner. However, after they left we noticed all the nails on the ground. We picked up all that we found as we have a small child and pet dog. Even so, our dog suffered a puncture wound to her paw. Here it is, 8 months later and we are still finding multiple nails on a daily basis. This was not the first time our home has needed a new roof but the ONLY time nails have been left behind like this. I have talked to others about this and they told me that there are magnets that they are to use after the job is done to ensure that all nails have been picked up. Only 1 star because our pet was injured and that is a serious matter.

  Badger Roofing is sorry for any inconvenience or frustration with nails on the ground. We were never contacted about nails being left on the ground following the roof replacement. If Badger Roofing had been contacted we would have performed an additional cleanup of the property immediately.

  I had my roof replaced maybe 4 years ago. About a 2 years after we had our roof replaced on our two story office. I noticed a water leak during rain storms; on the lower level. I got up on the roof last week and noticed a large 3" by 6" …

  Mr. Aurich, Badger Roofing is sorry for your frustration. However, the issue you are having is due to weathering on the duct work transition gasket to the A/C unit. This issue is not associated with the roofing work completed by Badger Roofing. We recommend you contact an HVAC contractor to perform a needed maintenance on the units.

  Had many estimates for my roofing , Roger was the only one to give a detailed description of what was needed and what was to be done. Workers were polite, on time and professional. When done everything was cleaned up and Roger came out to inspect the job. Start to finish beyond expectations of a job well done.

  I am a heating and cooling contractor and I was installing a unit on a ref where I needed to cut back part of the roof I called 3 days before the job as it was an emergency install Badger roofing. As always came through in a pinch, they asked me what day they rushed the crew over, got it done, sealed around my unit. And are extremely fair on their pricing, my go to roofing companies always thank you for everything

  Rodger came out within 3 days of my call to evaluate if I needed a new roof and to my surprise he said "I don't, not yet, check back in five years", I was so pleased to hear that. In the past Rodger has done a great job on my prior home and one rental house.

  Badger Roofing did outstanding work replacing our roof. They were fast and did an excellent job with cleanup. Roger, the owner, was fantastic to work with. He was instrumental in working with our insurance company on our hail damage to ensure the roof was covered. Thanks, Roger!
