After being quoted a fair price, they identified the missing and damaged shingles quickly and replaced them efficiently, wrapping up within two hours. This experience was much more straightforward than my previous encounter with another contractor who left me waiting for days without an update.

They arrived promptly and had the emergency patch completed in under an hour, which was appreciated given the urgency of the leak. However, I noticed a few roofing nails left behind on the ground that could have been easily picked up.
