For anyone needing residential roofing work, I can’t say enough about how smooth the whole process was with Backstage Roof's Fullerton. After storm damage, they responded quickly with emergency tarp service and helped protect the home right away. Communication was simple and clear through text and phone calls, and every time they said the roofing crew was coming, they arrived as promised. The team replaced my full roof in just two days, and the workmanship never felt rushed. They handled the tear-off, underlayment, shingles, and clean up with real care and attention to detail. Tracy and Brayden were professional, easy to work with, and made sure everything stayed on track from start to finish. The crew respected the landscaping, security cameras, gated areas, and made sure access around the property stayed open. They also did a careful final walkthrough, checked that the roofing job looked right, and made sure all materials and debris were removed. I really appreciated how organized the whole project felt, from scheduling to billing to the last inspection. In warm weather, roofing can be a big job, but they worked efficiently and still kept quality high. They stayed in touch, answered messages fast, and made me feel confident the roof replacement was being done the right way. Overall, I was very pleased with the service, the roof work, and the entire experience.

Fantastic service from start to finish, and we are very happy with the new metal roof. We spoke with many roofing contractors, but this team really stood out because of their strong metal roofing knowledge and clear answers throughout the process. Communication was excellent from the first call with Tracy, and everything about the roofing project was handled in a professional and easy way. Once the roof installation began, the crew showed up early, worked hard each day, and was great to have on site. They kept the job moving smoothly, paid attention to detail, and made the whole roofing experience stress free. The project was completed several days ahead of schedule, which is not common with many contractors. If you are looking for a dependable metal roof company in Fullerton, we highly recommend them for roofing work.

We made the right choice for our roof replacement and new gutters. After talking with a few roofing contractors, this team gave the clearest inspection of our home, smart recommendations, and a clean, high-quality install. It may not have been the cheapest bid, but the workmanship, materials, and overall value made it well worth it. From the first appointment, Tracy was honest, experienced, and easy to work with. Since we also wanted new rain gutters, Tracy suggested a few fascia replacement options for our worn-out trim, including a composite choice that we picked. It looks excellent and is low maintenance, which is perfect for long-term curb appeal. The larger-capacity gutter system also looks great and should handle heavy rain well. They offered a wide selection of roofing shingles, colors, and styles, and helped us narrow down what would look best on our house. It was especially helpful to review similar completed roofing projects to get a better idea of the final look. The roofing crew was outstanding. A full team showed up on tear-off day and worked efficiently to keep the project moving. Everyone was professional, respectful, and careful with cleanup. They clearly take pride in their roofing work, and the job site was left spotless with no nails or debris left behind. Overall, it was a smooth, worry-free roofing experience with excellent results. We are very happy with the new roof, fascia, and gutters.

My roof had an active leak, so I needed a roofer that could find the problem fast and stop the water intrusion. After searching online, the one that stood out to me was Backstage Roof's Fullerton. I called and scheduled a roof inspection, and the process was easy from the start. Brayden arrived on time, got up on the roof, and carefully checked the damaged area to figure out what was causing the leak. He took clear photos, showed me the trouble spots, and explained in simple terms why the roof was leaking and what repair work was needed. I appreciated how professional, respectful, and honest he was, and it made me feel confident about moving forward. The crew showed up as scheduled and handled the roof leak repair efficiently. We had this roofing team help with our tile roof before, and they did an excellent job fixing damage caused during exterior painting prep. When we were getting ready to have the house painted again in Fullerton, we reached out to Tracy for advice so we could protect the roof and avoid more broken tiles. At first, we assumed the tile would need to be removed before painting and then put back afterward, which sounded expensive and time-consuming. Tracy explained that their current roofing process makes that unnecessary. Instead, they use thick protective pads over the tile roof while the painters work, which helps prevent damage and keeps costs down. That roof protection recommendation saved us a lot of money and made the whole project much easier. While getting everything ready, we also noticed what looked like a leak and worried it might turn into a major roof repair. Tracy sent Brayden from the crew to inspect it. After a careful check, he found the issue was much simpler than we expected. The repair only needed a small stucco fix and fresh caulking around the problem area, which again saved us money and avoided unnecessary work. What really stands out is how honest and professional this roofing company is. They show up on time, explain the repair options clearly, and treat the home like it is their own. It is hard to find roofers with this level of care, integrity, and practical problem-solving. We are very happy with their roof repair service and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing tile roofing help, leak inspection, or roof protection during painting.

Backstage Roof's Fullerton has worked on two homes and a garage roof for me, and every job turned out great. The garage and one home needed roof decking repairs, and Brayden and Tracy took care of that with no trouble. One of the homes had a very steep roof and leaks around the chimney, but they fixed the problem and also recommended smart roofing updates to help stop future leaks and water damage. The crew worked quickly, kept the project organized, and caused very little disruption. They also did an excellent cleanup, and the yard looked even better when the work was done. Overall, the roofing service was reliable, skilled, and easy to work with from start to finish.

We were glad to find Tracy after searching online for roof repair help in Fullerton. We talked with a few roofing contractors, and Tracy stood out right away. He was quick to respond, showed up on time, and handled everything in a professional and responsible way. He clearly explained what roof repairs were needed, what could be fixed right away, and what maintenance could wait until later. We really appreciated that he listened to our concerns, respected our budget, and never pushed us toward a full roof replacement. That honest approach made the whole process much easier. His roofing crew completed the repair work efficiently and with great attention to detail, just a few days after we moved forward. The pricing was fair, the service was smooth, and the workmanship gave us peace of mind. We are very happy with the roof repair service and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing dependable roofing work in Fullerton.
