Would highly recommend you go a different route! Had seven windows replaced ended up with 4 different styles of screens. Shingle roof replaced as well with overspray all around the overhangs. Shingle overhang cuts were crooked as could be. …

This is what they claim they can do:From temporary repairs to complete rebuilds, we at Premiere Re-Builders are here to help restore your roof, siding, doors and windows. I contacted them last year to give me an estimate. It took them a couple of months to finally come out & email me the estimate. I have been waiting six months for them to show up & do the work. My emails get ignored as well as my text. I finally heard back & I thought they were finally going to start the work & I've been ignored for two more weeks. I finally told Jeremy that I couldn't deal with the lack of communication so I am moving on!! He agreed, but he could have told me this 2, 3, 4, 5 months ago!!! So disappointed!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Premiere Re-Builders! They replaced my mom’s roof two years ago in Robert Lee and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. They completed the job in a timely manner, and the cleanup was exceptional — you would never know a crew had even been there. After getting multiple bids, Premiere Re-Builders offered the best price by far, and the quality of work was truly top notch. The roof looks fantastic and has held up perfectly. A huge shoutout to Blake Duncan for all his help and support throughout the process. He was responsive, professional, and made everything so much easier for my mom. I highly recommend Premiere Re-Builders to anyone needing roofing or rebuilding work. They’re the real deal! Thank you again!

I needed to replace 3 layers of asphalt roofing on a duplex built in 1928. After several local bids Premiere Rebuilders came in as the lowest bid, and agreed to install the standing seam metal roof onto of the original furring strips at my request. They did not require a deposit and set a date about a month out to get started. A crew of 5 men from San Antonio worked long days using Duncan's equipment and had the job finished in 7 working days. The roof was composed of steep pitches and a number of complex valleys. Standing seam roofing is more of an art than a simple roof replacement. 6 months later the roof has had no problems or leaks. The pipe Jacks are sturdy, edges clean, and water flows through the valleys beautifully. I have since used other local companies to replace other roofs with standing seam metal but do not feel the methods used will hold up to time. If the crew from San Antonio who installed my first standing seam with premiere rebuilders is available then I would highly recommend them to any friend and I intend to hire them for future standing seam roof installations in the future. Thanks for a great job and best of luck!

Premier Re-Builders is a 1st class operation! They came highly recommended from a friend who had a roof repaired. My house was up for sale and the buyers’ insurance company was balking over the age, even though I had no leaks, damage or any …

My roof needed a complete replacement due to wind damage. Blake personally met with my adjuster to insure that nothing was missed. He was prepared, experienced, professional, and responsive. The crew was on time, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up all nails and debris. They made a stressful experience, much less stressful & took wonderful care of me. I would recommend them any day of the week!

We recently used Blake Duncan Premiere Rebuilders to re-roof our house and I was very impressed with the everyone's professionalism, thoroughness, and courteousness. From the owner , salesman and crew, I had a good experience with everyone. I know they completed several large and small jobs in my community and I have heard only good things about them. Very competitive pricing and they completed the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
