  First time dealing with insurance and getting roof work done. Called them to do my roof because they were doing a couple of houses next door. The rep had a contract worked up and left it in the mailbox. I asked him if we could discuss it because I didn’t have a clue what I was looking at. He said yes, then never responded. Tried to contact him but got brushed off.

  BEWARE!!! Bad business, poor quality, cheap labor, and pitiful customer service; very unprofessional. Roof still leaked after completion and never corrected. Took advantage of the elderly and disabled and didn’t care the least bit.

  An absolutely horrible business. Extremely unprofessional and they do not stand by their work. They will say whatever they think you want to hear. When you finally back them into a corner they simply start dodging your calls. Save yourself a lot of headaches and being lied to and go with with someone else.

  Had a small roof leak around chimney in a 2 and 1/2 year old home Albert gave a detailed estimate of about one and one-half hours work to remove old seal, he said was not correctly done, reseal ridge cap and trim boards. The next day, after 15 minutes work, he came in and said he was finished. I asked how much I owed him for 15 minutes work and he said $500. I asked again, $500. for 15 minutes of work? He arrogantly pointed to his head and stated that I was paying for his knowledge of what to do. I called the Kent Elliott office three times and left messages with Kathy to speak to the owner, Brandon Smyth, but have never received a return call. After visiting with other dissatisfied customers, I decided to write this review. I would not recommend this company to do work for you!

  I don't think we've ever been treated so bad. Chase and his team gave us a quote and ordered the equipment for our roof and was supposed to show up a week later on 7-21-17. I've called the office and left messages with the receptionist. She …

  Horrible, unprofessional business practices. Another company consumed by greed and treats customers like dirt. Do not do business here unless you want to get ripped off.

  We’ve had nothing but greatness from this company! After a hail storm blew through 2 weeks after buying a new home (with solar panels) Kent Elliott was quick to come out and check not only the roof, but also all of the panels. Luckily we were not in need of repair at the time and the company was HONEST and didn’t try to sell me anything I did not need. I will definitely be calling them back should I ever need roof care in the future!

  Steve Henry with Elliott roofing was absolutely fantastic to work with. He explained to us the benefits of using the Class 4 impact resistance shingles. Our insurance company actually sent us a check at the renewal of our policy because we went with the better shingles. We had this done back in November. We still have his sign in our yard to advertise. Do not hesitate to work with Steve Henry. He explained everything went over all the procedures and provided excellent customer service. We consider him a friend now. Our neighbors have asked us about our roof because So impressive. Thank you, Steve Henry for a job well done. The colors match great with our new paint job. The exterior of the house has had a real facelift.
