First of all, they are the best roofing team I have worked with. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing materials or roof work in San Francisco. Their roofing products are excellent, and their service goes far beyond what most contractors or suppliers are expected to do. They shared a lot of helpful information about roofing options, underlayment, panels, and installation details, and they were honest about what would work best instead of just trying to make a sale. I chose a burnished slate metal roofing product, and the quality is strong, durable, and very attractive. It looks great on the home and feels built to last. What really made me want to leave this review, though, was how much they helped me with an issue that was not even caused by their roofing materials. I almost never write reviews, but their support and care truly stood out. They took extra time to guide me through the problem, answer questions, and help me find the right solution. They could have easily said it was not their responsibility, but instead they went out of their way to help, and they really did make a difference. That kind of customer care is hard to find. They showed real honesty, fairness, and pride in their roofing service. If you are considering a new roof, metal roofing panels, or quality roofing materials, I highly recommend them. They will treat you right, give you honest advice, and stand behind their work and support in every way. Many thanks again to everyone on the team.

Kingston and his crew did an amazing job putting on our new standing seam metal roof. Kingston was professional, on time, easy to reach, and fair on pricing. During the roof inspection, he also found some problem spots around a few windows and the back porch where the soffit and trim needed repair. The roofing crew took care of those repairs while completing the roof replacement, which made the whole project much easier for us. They finished quickly, kept the work area clean, and did a careful cleanup so nothing was left behind. Kingston also did a final walkthrough with me to make sure everything looked right and that we were fully happy with the workmanship. The new roof looks great, performs well in the California sun, and we are already planning to have them install new gutters too.

amazing is the best word for it. i woke up to a major roof leak in our living room after a strong storm and called several local roofing contractors. after speaking with jack, i felt confident right away. he was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. he arrived in clean work clothes, showed up prepared, and treated my home with respect. when he removed his shoes before coming inside, it showed he truly cared about keeping everything clean and making a good impression. we agreed on a fair price for the roofing repair. he was a little higher than some of the other estimates, but i felt he was the right person for the job, and that turned out to be true. donald, the installer, did excellent work. he was polite, careful, and professional throughout the whole project. the roof repair was completed properly, the leak is gone, and everything was cleaned up well afterward. i have learned that with roofing work, the lowest price is not always the best choice. spending a little more for skilled roofers, quality workmanship, and dependable service made a big difference. i am very happy with the results and would gladly recommend this roofing team to anyone in san francisco who needs roof leak repair or storm damage roofing service.
