We needed a low slope solution installed to include insulation and a better design to improve drainage and protect overhangs. This father-son team was absolutely wonderful to work with, always arriving early, working hard through each phase and coordinating with the inspectors without us needing to be involved.. The project couldn’t have gone smoother and more professionally, and the end product was top notch, enabling us to finish off the project with new gutters. We would recommend Precision Roofing with 1000% confidence to anyone needing roofing services!

I was referred to Luis with Precision Roofing by both my realtor and the individual that inspected our home several years ago when we purchased it. Our sunroom roof had developed a small leak. Luis and his associate came out, cleaned the roof, applied a 3 ply ASC system on each of the 8 seams followed by a silicone seal. They also repaired several roof tiles on the main roof of the house. They were on time, professional, thorough, did high quality work and we're reasonably priced. In a word, Excellent!

Precision Roofing did a great job on my roof repair. They responded quickly to my phone call, set up a detailed roof inspection, and provided a very professional and thorough roof repair estimate using modern forms and emailed documents. They are licensed contractors and their license and Insurance is valid and available to see online with the State of California. They completed the repair in the timeframe and explained the repairs extremely well. Christian and his partner also provided pictures of the before and after of the repair on the roof to help me understand what was the problem and how it was repaired. They are friendly, reliable, and honest. I will refer them to neighbors and friends.

Very professional work ethics and fair pricing. After examining our roof, Christian explained in detail what needed to be done to repair our roof, including pictures and videos. Work was performed in timely manner. Upon completion, we were shown pictures and videos of the project and area was left clean. Very impressed with the work and would definitely refer them to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.

My husband initially put up our patio roof 15 years ago. We noticed several leaks and knew we needed a professional to fix or replace it. Luis came and inspected the work, gave us "low down" on why the roof was leaking and provided an estimate that was so reasonable. Luis and Christian came and were absolutely wonderful. Not only did they put up with my husband's constant questions (very inquisitive), they helped him understand the areas that weren't appropriately installed originally. The brought everything they needed, took away the stuff that had to be replaced, appropriately "tarred" the roof and guaranteed their work. I was so pleased with their work that when we have to replace the house roof, they will be the first ones I call. I highly recommend this company and am very grateful for the service they provided. The service provided by Precision Roofing was fantastic from start to finish! We needed to replace our two layer shingle roof since it was done without permits. After inspecting the roof, Christian sent over a very detailed initial Scope of Work so we know what work needs to be done. There was constant communication throughout the entire project. At the end of the day, Christian would give us a report on what was done that day and what else needs to be done. He also showed us progress pictures and videos during the installation process. They also cleaned up around the house every day. My girlfriend and I are really happy with the new roof! They upgraded our old wind turbines to static vents which made the roof look so much better. We would definitely hire them again for our roofing needs!

BOOK WITH THEM ASAP!!! Precision Roofing is by far the greatest roofing company I have ever dealt with. I am very picky with who I allow to do work on my home and other properties. Luckily, after searching high and low for the right people I came across this outstanding company! Christian was very informative with his inspection and provided the best game plan for my situation. Overall the service from start to finish was outstanding. If I ever needed to reach out to them they were easily a phone call or email away. I will continue to hire them for more projects. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL OF YOUR ROOFING NEEDS!!!
