Hello, I originally contacted Jarco roofing about a re-roof on my house with Solar. in November of 23. I was told they were about 8 weeks out. I was ok with that. Well, it was a very wet winter and they did not make it out until the beginning of March 2024. The job was done. About 2 months later My solar breakers popped. I contacted Jaarco and notified them since I had never had previous problems That I would let them know if it happened again. It did. In 2025 I started getting ground fault errors. Don sent Chase from Haywire Electric out. Chase told me since there were no errors the day he came out there was nothing he could do. I had had an electric bill of over 1K previously due to the breakers popping about the time i had heart surgery in 2024 and was not staying on top of my solar at that time. I attempted to contact Chase again a short time later and he did not reply in a timely manner so I contacted another company and spent $1500 attempting to get the system fixed to no avail. I did finally get in touch with Chase and paid him I believe $1300 to fix the system. He told me if it didn't fix it we would work something out. It did not. I contacted Solar company paid $200 for an estimate. I was told the whole system was installed incorrectly and needed an entire rewire and he suggested I replace the inverter. Quote was 10K I again contacted Chase and Don to no avail. I asked to have Don come out and meet with me to examine the work his worked had done and assumed he declined since I never heard back from him. After the other company came out I spoke with Chase and he agreed the whole system needed to be rewired but did nothing to assist with Jarco to fix this. I spoke with Chase about him doing it since he felt the other companies quote was to high and the fact Don seemed to have washed his hands of me when he did not come out to meet. On November 24th 2025 chase told me he was out of town until 7th. On December 10th I text Chase once again. Chase replied that

Home warranty used them to fix roof....doesnt actually look like they did anything. Painted cieling right after repair and just over a year later (15 months) i have more water damage in exact same spot. Their warranty was only good for a year which doesnt help when it only rains here every 12 months.

I contracted with Jarco roofing back in August to redo my roof. At the time they told me they were 8-10 wks booked out. This should not have been a problem for me as I just wanted my roof taken care of before the rainy season. Well 14 wks …

Awesome experience with this company! I had a roof leak and they got me on their schedule right away. They came out and fixed the issue along with some other preventative maintenance and we have been leak free since then!

My wife and I had a great experience with Jaco roofing. They were easy to work with and very responsive to questions and planning. They also went above and beyond a number of times for us and we would highly recommend them to anyone that is considering getting a roof in their area.
