This roofing company did not resolved the issue my roof had. The rotten wood was not removed completely. Roof is still leaking. They exaggerated the job saying the wood is rotten and raised the price without my consent. When they saw the wood was rotten upon inspection. The wife told me not worry all rotten wood will be removed before they put new roofing on. It simply did not happen per the agreement. Joe wants $3000.00 more and threated to put a lien on my house, if I don't pay. The job is not finished. His workers tore a hole in my ceiling and Joe wants me to pay them to fix it. I got two quotes for around $14,000 from other companies. Their quote was $17,000. He lowered it to $14,000 so I would use him now he want to raise it back to $17,000. They had the highest quote of all. These people seem nice and professional at first then change if they think they can take advantage. I do not recommended this company, especially if you are a women and you don't know nothing about roofing.

Do yourself a favor and hire somebody, anybody, else. Precision was a nightmare to deal with, from terrible communication, poor customer service, constant delays, and final bills unexpectedly thousands of dollars higher than estimated. I could write a novel on my horrible experience but won't waste your time the way Precision will jerking you around. To top it all off I still have leaks and fascia damage $12,000 later. Deonah and Joe have a good, hardworking crew but they seem to have no idea how to run a good business.

Our experience with Precision Roofing was outstanding from the first time I contacted them, all the way until the job was complete. Deonah in the office was friendly and took time to answer all my questions. The workers were timely and polite and the owner Joe even came out to assist! Our neighbors keep complimenting our new roof and we couldn’t be happier!

Joe was a God send. I'm so pleased with the work he did. We had a leak in our roof and he came out and repaired it and the next night it rained no leaks. Ill call them anytime and tell others of the good work. Thank you again.

We were very pleased with the roof repair done by Precision Roofing. Joe didn’t try to sell us a new roof, he just fixed our problem which was leaking around our chimney. They did a beautiful job and left everything spotlessly clean. I highly recommend Precision Roofing.

After contacting a handful of other companies searching for help taking down a huge old TV antenna and satellite dish attached to our chimney and roof, Precision truly came through for us! …

They fixed my porch roof when others had tried and failed. They also were very reasonably priced and stuck to their estimate. Respectful and respectable!
