  Sorry for the misunderstanding. We did inspect the roof again this year . we did find the leak however, it was not coming from the roof. It was leaking in behind the siding.   Horrible work they don’t care if the job is done wrong just give you excuses on why it’s done wrong and try would not recommend you better off hiring any Billy or Joe on the street and they would probably do a better job

  I wish i could give them negative 5,000 stars! I would like to elaborate on my husbands bad review. We hired and signed into a contract with them Sept. 26th of 2022. In November after many texts and phone calls inquiring when they were to come out they sent a crew to do our roof. A few weeks later they came out and did our fascia and soffit. Then In January of 2023 they came out to do the porch. When they came to do the porch it was as if they had no clue what we had talked about or what the contract stated. We had a deck that was old and the wood was rotting. when we had entered into our contract we discussed 4 4x6 posts, and to redo the porch wood. Neither of those things were done. as you can see by the pictures there is still rotted wood, only 2 posts, and they ended up just putting up a makeshift railing. Some iof it's treated some not. there are gaps in the railing all over the place, there are spots where they filled gaps in with random scrap wood, the steps are not at an even length which isnt code, The steps also do not have the middle support so everytime you step its as if it may break in half. It wasn't until after winter and spring came that we started to notice that things we NOT right. We called them immediately in march to come look at these things. when we had Charlie out to look at all this with the deck he stated that we did not discuss those things despite it being on the contract, and he wanted to charge us another 12,000 to fix his crews mistakes. After already spending 10,000 on this monstrosity. (we have a vodeo recording of conversation). He stands behind this work. We also at the time noticed that the roof was not done correctly as the spot that made us call them in the first place the shingles had buckled. They supposedly came out and fixed that spot, however with the crappy work that was done to the porch it makes me wonder if more of my roof needs repair. Not only is the work extremely subpar, but the communication was terrible. It took

  I am aware that I can be a difficult customer because I am spending a lot of money I would expect to be treated well. Communication with Tyler was awful. I would call and a lot of my calls would go unanswered. Communication basically was between my lender and them.This review has been took me almost two years to write. I asked Tyler about materials and was told that he can't make that decision. I made the best choice with the information I had and would have liked input and or guidance but received none. I would advise not using this company.

  First time I called, someone answered. They said they’d come out that Wednesday and get me the quote either Wednesday or Thursday. Told me I didn’t need to be there. Well the following Tuesday came around, I was patient because of the holidays, nothing. I’m calling this company multiple times. Leaving multiple voicemails. Finally randomly I get a quote emailed from them (was a very good price!) Call them and someone answers. Told them i needed gutters too and that wasn’t on the quote. He said he can come Wednesday at 1 to meet me and measure for gutters and double check on roof quote, because it was just a satellite estimate, he never actually came out for the first quote. Wednesday rolled around and I called in the morning, no answer. Left a voicemail just checking if one o’clock was still planned. No one showed, no email, no call. On the bright side, we called AJs roofing and they answered and were out here and gave me a quote the very next day. The person I spoke to at Tyler’s was nice. He was a calm spoken person, not rude. I just think they have a scheduling issue. I was very patient with the holidays, but it is no longer the holidays.

  Long story short I had 3 different projects done by this company. All 3 are currently getting priced out to be properly repaired. Don't trust them they will tell you what you want to hear do the least to the repair as humanely possible. Currently my front porch looks like a 1960s batman villan hide out and is not what I payed for.

  Vinnie was super helpful throughout the whole process, he was upfront with what my project was going to cost and the time table it would take to be complete. Once Cody and Jerry got into the house the work was done quick, effectively and at a high standards.

  James and Jerry (and sometimes Tim) worked on repairs after water damage from the big freeze in January 2026. They’re very friendly, hard working, and great attention to detail. They made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

  Their team showed up earlier than expected, did more than I anticipated and finished my barn roof in 2 days, this was tearing off the metal on a very high steep Barn and cleaned up on their way out. I could not have asked for more.

  I am very cautious about hiring contractors after some bad experiences. I had a lot of questions for Charlie at Tyler's Home Improvement about window installation, contract terminology and insurance details. He was extremely accommodating to add my requested items to the terms and he communicated when the windows were ordered and encouraged me to contact him for any questions while waiting for the windows to arrive. The windows that I ordered from him for my small rental house showed up earlier than expected and they easily scheduled the work to match my tenant's schedule. The installers showed up on time with a professional looking trailer that was like a neatly arranged rolling workshop. I arrived at the property just a few hours after the installers got there and they had already installed 11 windows and were busy installing the aluminum external trim. They were only there a few hours on the second day before finishing the entire job! I was surprised to find the integrated screens In the windows they installed that conveniently slide up which are so much more convenient than the ones in my newly built house which require a cumbersome process to remove the screen completely. The windows that Tyler's installed are also much easier to slide up and down than the ones in my new house. Tyler's Home Improvement did the job quickly, on time with no mess left behind and a better price than other quotes. I will be contacting them again.

  James and Jerry installed a new front door for us. They were very respectful and explained the installation process clearly. When an issue arose with the size of the door frame, they quickly brainstormed how to remedy it. My new door looks great and I will definitely be using Tyler Home Improvement in the future!
