  Initially, we were contacted by Rick. he’s great to work with. However, when it came time to get paid, we worked with the owner Steve and weeks went by and we just kept getting pushed off and pushed back. I would not recommend these guys. They don’t answer their phones anymore. They’ve pretty much ghosted me. I’m not totally sure why I did great labor for them and still have not been paid for any of it. Not sure what’s going on over there, but I think it’s shady to say the least I would not recommend them to anybody looking for quality service.

  Called to fix an active leak in my mother’s roof. Charged $1200 to hastily caulk the chimney and replace two boots. Still leaking, not following up. Shoddy work, doesn’t follow through… I could have done what he did. Scammed my elderly mother with me keeping an eye on the work.

  Beware! Screws up jobs and then ghosts the client!! My father, Joe Jurovcik hired this company based on someone else’s recommendation to do his vinyl siding after the hail storm. LONG STORY very short. His crew put a roofing nail in his air conditioner line. It ended up costing him 5k in repairs and they are not returning any of my dad’s phone calls to try and figure this out. He’s elderly and on a fixed income and can’t afford repairs this high. This whole ordeal has even affected his mental health.

  Unprofessional and in the end didn't pass my insurances inspection on top! My policy was dropped and i had to hire another company to remove 1/3 of the shingles and replace the rotting decking they covered up for a quick buck!

  I really would hire another company if you are looking for roofing repairs! They removed trim from my gable, and have tried twice to repair it with no success. The first time, they used interior window trim. The second time, they didn’t place the trim under the drip edge, the piece is way to big, and it’s so crooked looks like a child did it. They were paid with cash and now no retuned text or emails. The only reason for 1 star is the roof was finished in one day. I would be ashamed if I ran a roofing company that can’t even replace the trim the correct way. Rick has proven ( through other reviews) he can not be trusted. This company is such a joke! Buyer beware you’ve been warned!!

  Warning. I would not trust this company. There was damage on my roof which looked very suspicious after the inspection.

  Edited again: They have some issues as to communicating on the internet which phone number is being monitored. However, my issue has now been fixed. I now appreciate their attention to my concerns. :) Edited: now one star because I can't give zero stars. They didn't properly install the boots in my roof which has caused leaks with all the rain. I now have water damage in my walls. I contacted the company after a plumber assessed the cause of damage. It's been 10 days and I still haven't been contacted. Very unprofessional indeed. Beware their upfront speed - they do a shoddy job on your roof. Thus far they've refused to fix it. I very much appreciated Kayley's responsiveness throughout the whole of the process of replacing my roof, a portion of our siding and our gutters after a terrible hail storm. She was quick to get information for me anytime I had a question. The team's work was done on schedule and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend Precision Construction!

  I'm very pleased with my experience with this company. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently from communication to payment to scheduling. They were able to fix all of the damages caused to my house by hurricane Helene. And they did all of the work through my insurance company so I didn't have to worry about the back and forth communication between contractor and insurance. The work was also done very professionally and I have confidence it will last a good while! Should I ever need this type of work done, I am 100% using this company again. Thanks guys!

  Precision Construction is definitely the company that you want to use for any and all of your roofing needs. Stephen Bishop came to repair some damage to my daughter’s roofline after Hurricane Helene. He was quick to respond and fit us in, even though he has had much larger jobs that he is and has been working tirelessly after this hurricane. He assessed the situation quickly and addressed it right then, and now my daughter once again has an airtight roof and home. Stephen is professional and personable, and will not stop until he has completed the task at hand completely! He is the man for the job! We will definitely be calling on Stephen and his crew again in the future for any other construction needs that may arise! Five stars and then some! Thank you, Stephen, for all you have done for us!   Excellent service and price! It's hard to find a reliable contractor that you can actually get to call you back. Josh and Precision Construction will, and are professional, quick and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.

  From the initial sale with Cayci to the super efficient crew who did the roof and gutters, everything has been so seamless and easy! I asked them to come back by with the magnet to get some remaining naiIs and they were there within 10 minutes! I would definitely use them again.

  Rick and Kayley made this process effortless, easy and they moved quickly taking care of all aspects. They were responsive immediately to phone calls, texts and emails and if they didn’t have an answer right away, they worked to get it rapidly. The crews showed up on time and worked hard and meticulously, leaving things better than when they came.

  I bought a house with a 23 year old roof. We knew it would not live much longer.  Well the insurance company decided I needed to replace it if I wanted them to renew my policy. I checked with my realtor (Shari Huffman) and she recommended Precision. I contacted them and they had me a guy (Eli) he  came out and did everything. Communication at the start was borderline terrible. We got it caught up and it went smooth. Guys showed up at 6:30 and by noon it was finished.  Roof looks great, thank you so much. Would do business with them again.
