one of the staff members is openly disrespectful while driving company car, said staff is quick to name calling, and quick to raise his voice at you, as-well as being blatantly disrespectful, said staff was also smoking cigarettes in work car.

The owner tries to take advantage of people who dont speak English as their primary language. He overcharges, cuts corners to get the job done as quickly as possible, then half-asses the cleanup and leaves nails all over the yard. Would never recommend to anyone

We knew from the minute that we met Gord, who came to measure our roof for the estimate, that Platinum was the roofing company for us! He was knowledgeable and professional, but friendly and engaging as well. It was really interesting to watch the drone at work measuring our roofs (house and garage); so much more efficient than having someone up on the roof with a tape measure! Owner Craig delivered the dumpster for the job the day before so there would be no delays. We were really impressed when Tony and his crew showed up at 8:30 AM and started working to ensure that our plants and garden decor were moved or protected. They were professional and very efficient; working straight through to finish by 2:30 that afternoon. Clean up was done through out the day and when the crew left, you'd really never know we just had our roofs replaced. Roofs look great and we are very pleased; definitely value for our money and we would highly recommend this company.

We had them here yesterday morning to do our house and shed. Even with having to add plywood to the roof, they managed to complete the entire job by supper time! After clean up, you wouldn't even know they were here. …

I hired Platinum roofing to replace roofs on a 14 building condominium complex. Everything was completed well, on time and on budget. It was a large job with challenges but Craig and platinum were always very communicative and were able to rectify the issues. All stakeholders are happy with how the project went, I would recommend!

We recently had our roof replaced and the experience was excellent overall. The team was punctual, clear in their communication, and clearly knew what they were doing. The whole process was quicker than expected, and the price was more than fair for the quality of work. The roof itself looks fantastic and a noticeable upgrade from what we had before. Although they did a really good job and trying to keep the area clean, I did find a few stray roofing nails and small bits of debris left behind, however it was very minimal and no real issue in the grand scheme of things. While everything looks great now, the real test will be how it holds up through heavy rainfall or strong winds. But based on what we've seen so far, I feel confident we made a solid choice. We would definitely recommend Platinum Roofing to others looking for a reliable roofing company. Great job team.

We hired Platinum Roofing to complete an emergency repair due to storm damage. They were quick to complete the work. They did an excellent job and changed their schedule to accommodate the urgency of the repair. The crew were fantastic to deal with. I would highly recommend Craig and his team for all of your roofing needs.
