We chose this company after being let down by several other roofing companies that either never followed through or stopped communicating. Unfortunately, our experience ended up being just as disappointing. After our roof was replaced, there were areas left open that resulted in a severe fly infestation throughout our attic and home. We also discovered that both of our chimneys now leak whenever it rains—issues we did not have before the roof was replaced. When we brought these concerns forward, we were told to "go caulk it" ourselves. There was no accountability, no meaningful effort to resolve the problems, and communication with Mark was poor throughout the entire process. Their 10-year warranty has not been honoured in our experience, and we even had to request a copy of our paid invoice 10 months after the job was completed because it was never provided. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, we attempted to deliver our $28,000 cheque to their office on three separate occasions during regular business hours, but no one was there each time. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. We expected quality workmanship, professional communication, and support if issues arose after the installation. Unfortunately, we experienced the opposite.

I had 2 skylights removed and replaced. 1st Major rainstorm happened less than 2 months later. Called and complained (on Friday night). Did not call back. Just showed up next day (Saturday) when we were not home. No apology, no offer …

Excellent service. We had to change part of our roof due to leaking problems. Mr. Mark and his team came, evaluated the problem, started to rebuild the roof and made some reparation. The work was fast clean and professional. 100% recommended.

Fundy Roofing installed two roof vents for new bathroom fans. Prompt service, capable workers did the job in less than two hours and hooked up the vents. Courteous, quick, efficient. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We had some shingles blow off during hurricane Lee, next thing we knew our ceiling was leaking. We called Fundy Roofing and within a few hours they were here doing a roof repair. We are very grateful!

We called Fundy Roofing for a quote and he dropped by the same day. They came two weeks later to do the job. Workers started at 7 am and were done and gone by 3pm. Everything was cleaned and it looked great. I dragged a magnetic pickup around the house and found 6 nails. Thats a good cleanup. Several heavy rainstorms this summer proved the workmanship. It was a great price and we are very happy with the job.

Called at 5:15PM Monday with a badly leaking skylight, Tuesday Morning at 8:30AM they arrived, with a new skylight installed by 11AM. Fanatic service, and very responsive! They made sure to get everything fixed-up ASAP, in a week with close to 90mm of rain in the forecast. Great quality work done with a quick turnaround, I would highly recommend Fundy Roofing to anyone.
