Left a hole in the roof by the chimney, so when it rains it pours water into my room. Worst company every. This is the second time it has poured raining into my room. 26 gallons so far OF WATER BEING SHOCK VACUUMED UP. My family has called two times now ASKING FOR IT TO BE FIXED. Don't waste your money or time with these guys.

Froy was very responsive and answered all my questions. He kept me updated with the details and progress of my gutter installation. The gutters came out looking great. The price was very competitive. I’d use PK Renovations again without any hesitation.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 12 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 12, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on PK Renovation. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
