We had a representative from this company come to our home to provide an estimate for replacing a sliding glass door. He was friendly and courteous during the visit, but he was adamant that both homeowners needed to be present for the appointment. Unfortunately, that wasn't practical for our family, as we have two young children under the age of five. Additionally, my husband is much more knowledgeable about construction and doors, so my presence would not have added much to the discussion. At the end of the appointment, the representative said he would follow up with my husband. When my husband was eventually able to reach him, however, the interaction was disappointing. He found the representative to be rude and dismissive on the phone, which left us with a poor impression of the company's customer service. Based on our experience, we decided not to move forward with this company and would not recommend them.

I recently hired these guys to replace my old roof. I just bought the house and the roof was in need of some work. I have zero issues with the roof, the roof looks great. What I didn't like was how the salesperson that came to our house and did the pre inspection and sold us on using this company told us they would take extra steps to protect my landscaping from construction and debris. So imagine my surprise when I come out and see that the crew did none of that and instead destroyed plants and gardens on all 4 sides of my house. It will take at least a year to grow some of these back. I called twice trying to talk to someone about this and no one will give me the time of day. This was originally going to be the FIRST job I had for them, I need to have my garage and out buildings done next. We were planning on having them back out at the end of summer to do those. But seeing how this is ending is really making me consider other contractors.

They were going to charge my sister $20,000 to do the shingles on her roof. She got another estimate from Depalma and they did it for $9,000. She has a small house. PJ sales person was also pressuring. I will never call PJ Fitzpatrick about anything.

my experience with this company was quite disappointing. The salesman did a great job selling his company. He sold professional, clean, organized and respectful work done. The cost was roughly 25000 over others. But it was told the warranty and attention to detail would be worth it. It was far from it. They destroyed several bushes and broke my window. Tho after lots of back and forth and ignoring me they gave me 500 off for my window. Tho their answer was "well your replacing them in the future anyway whats it matter." All and all tho the final product looks good. It has been a painful and ridiculous experience.

Joe, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment you experienced during your project. While we appreciate your acknowledgment that the final product looks good, we understand that the damage to your bushes and window, along with the communication issues you encountered afterward, significantly impacted your overall experience. The response you described regarding the broken window does not reflect the level of professionalism and customer care we strive to provide. We understand your concerns, especially given the expectations set regarding workmanship, attention to detail, and service. Your feedback is important and will be shared with our team for review and improvement. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your experience further and address any remaining concerns directly. Please contact us at feedback@pjfitz.com. Thank you for choosing PJ Fitzpatrick.

The total lack of communication was extremely frustrating. Conservative estimate is that I called them 7 or 8 times and was promised a call back, but it never happened. The day the job was to be done, they said the "crew" would be there between 8am and noon. That didn't happen. Then they were to arrive between noon and one, that didn't happen. Then by 2:00, that didn't happen. The one man crew showed around 3:00 and he finished the job in the dark. The worse part was that they never contacted me with a status. Every update came from me and I had to call multiple times before someone contacted me. The actual production was not the problem, the foreman and installer did a great job. The problem was the administration, very unresponsive!! Finally, the next morning, before I could sign off on the job, I received a past due invoice! This job was financed, I didn't owe anything and couldn't be past due. Called and as has been the case, no response as of 3:00pm. Besides all this they have pretty trucks and advertising.

Keep calling on repeat after I tell them they have the wrong number and person. Ive asked to be removed from the call list, they tell me no and hang up just to call again.

If you like high-pressure sales techniques and half-completed work, by all means go with PJ Fitzpatrick. I'm left with half of my house completed and being told "technically that's siding not soffit" when disagreeing about what wasn't done to my home. I didn't care what the terms were. I wanted everything that is white around my home, done in black. See the photos for yourself.

Grant and Josiah were a great team who worked efficently together. They were very polite. They had my shower install completed by 3pm. They explained how to care for the shower and phone number for warranty information. Great experience.

The guys were really nice and professional. They arrived on time and got started right away. The shower looks great! A beautiful job!! Doing some cleaning up after they left, there were large scuff marks on the bedroom floor. We turned on the tub to run the water and let the air out of the pipes, the shower came on. Could not get it to stop, so we had to turn the water off to the house. We are now with no water to bathe, use the toilet, brush our teeth and do dishes, which means no dinner. We called 3 times before 4 pm, had to leave messages, no return call and of course no one showed up to address the problem. We paid cash for the new shower install and we have a beautiful new shower but no water to use it. I am so disgusted. I think this constitutes an emergency, I guess PJ Fitzpatrick does not!
