We had a great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. The crew arrived right on time and got to work immediately. They took the time to carefully cover and protect the surrounding areas before starting, and they …

The crew from Equity Roofing did an excellent job of replacing our roof for both our house and pavilion. Trevor - the crew Foreman - sent me numerous photos (94) as they began, and progressed with the work. There were several places where the wood had been rotted, so they were replaced (no additional charge). There was plenty of netting and tarps layed out to protect our property as well. I highly recommend them, from the initial inquiry for a quote, the quoting process itself, and my final inspection to see that everything was completed to our liking.

Capitalism is destroying what's left of our country. That said...the guys that actually did the physical repair were EXCELLENT by every measure. These repairs could have been FAR less expensive, and could have been completed MUCH quicker, if we actually built systems to serve PEOPLE over profit, and stopped inventing "jObS" that do nothing but make everything more expensive. My project could have been cheaper and the people that actually made the physical repair could have been paid more, without the superfluous layers of bureaucracy this company has. I LITERALLY had to talk to 3 different people none of whom did any of the actual work to repair the storm damage at my home. I'm giving 5 stars so the workers get their bonus.

Thank you for the five stars, Joseph, and thank you especially for what you said about the crew. I'm passing that along to them directly; it means a lot coming from a homeowner. Your point about talking to three people is fair. Your estimator, your project coordinator, and your crew are each accountable for a different piece of your project—the scope you were quoted, the schedule you were promised, and the workmanship itself. It's more people to talk to, and I understand the frustration of that. It's also how we make sure nothing falls through the cracks and how we can stand behind the repair years from now. If anything at all comes up with the siding, call us and we'll be back out.

Fantastic company to work with! Project was a initially.a difficult chimney flashing replacement and repair of the underlying wood and asphalt shingles as it was leaking under the roof and deteriorating the wood below. Project was 2.5k. The project then extended to a roof rejuvenation and we had to involve a mason to redo the entire cap.. Equity Roofing did honor their warranty to the fullest and went above and beyond to ensure eventual customer satisfaction. Absolutely recommend!

I recently had a new asphalt roof installed on my home by Equity Roofing. Everyone with whom I dealt was efficient, courteous, and honest, from the initial contact with the office, to the inspector, to the actual work done. Two members of the team were particularly impressive — Jon Cataldi, who I thought was both knowledgeable and thorough, and Trevor Fessler, the work supervisor, who oversaw the installation and who was congenial and very diligent. When a small glitch was discovered afterwards, Trevor immediately responded and made corrections. I would heartily recommend Equity to others for roofing work.
