The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Terrible Customer Service This company was recommended to me so I gave them a call. I spoke with a gentleman named Jude Conner and told him my issue. He told me they were busy but assured me he would get back with me as to when he could come out and access my situation. Several weeks went by and I called again and spoke with Jude and he apologized but said he would call me with a time he could come out to take a look at the roof. Several more days went by and again no call. This happen four different times and finally I called and spoke with a woman and she informed me that Jude had several people standing in front of him and that he would call me back. I told her that if they didn't want the job I understood but please just let me know and I would not bother them again but to tell me so I could move forward with someone else. Well I waited another day and a half and I am now moving forward with another company and will not bother them again and I suggest you think twice before calling.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 14 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 14, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Pittman Waller Roofing Co. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
