  Would not recommend. Took almost 5 weeks from tear off old roof to finally finish. Gutter division is the worst! Management takes no responsibility and no leadership. Pass on this company.

  I recently used Crosby roofing for a roof inspection and roof repair. I was referred by my realtor. Initially they were very responsive. They sent someone out the same week I called for a roof inspection and we’re able to provide an estimate that same week. Setting up a time for repair took 3-4 weeks. I had to call multiple times to see if they received our signed contract, resend the contract multiple times, and then call multiple times to get a time set up. I was told a sales rep would call me to set up the repair but I never heard from them. The repairman was very nice and showed up on time, he called 30 minutes prior to our appointment to be sure the day and time still worked. Now that I am needing a receipt to turn into my realtor it is back to taking days for a response. I have been told multiple times “I have it pulled up in front of me and will send it in a few minutes” but it never gets sent. Not happy with the customer service/office staff. If you are working on a time line I would not recommend this company.

  I called last week about gutter cleaning at my mother's home. I was given a name & number to call another employee. I called him, he said he would come by to look at gutters & give a free quote. He has not shown up yet.

  You have to stay on them . You will get the estimate done in a hurry. Lee was good. Now getting the work done is a different story. For two months I had to call bi-weekly to see what was going on. I called weekly for a month trying to get a tarp. After three months I decided to get someone else. Hurricane season is here and it was already leaking. So I couldn't wait any longer. I am comfortable that they would have done a good job but I couldn't wait any longer

  I would not recommend this company to anyone. Roof repair was subcontracted out after i was told it would not be. Rotted wood was covered up and not removed and replaced as i was told it would be. The first repair attempt looked awful and debris was left on the roof and not cleaned up. They had to come out and redo the repair a second time and in the process of doing this damaged the vent pipe for the hot water heater and made no attempt to repair it. Overall a horrible experience from start to finish and very poor communication on their part.

  UPDATED BELOW Crosby roofing was wonderful to deal with! Lee came in, looked at our roof and property and walked us through the different types of shingles that we could use for our house's style. Lee also made a friend with our cat, who is normally not a people-friendly cat; that alone sealed the deal as a trustworthy person and firm to deal with. After receiving the quote we knew we would prefer to deal with Crosby since they were local as well. Within a few weeks, we got a new roof installed on our mid-century ranch house. The install crew was courteous of our in-ground pool and put a larger tarp over ours as well so as to not allow shingle pellets, tar, and nails to fall in the pool destroying our pump. The install team was fast, quick, and clean and arrived early in the day to beat the Georgia summer heat, and left after ten-hours of work. Overall, a wonderful, quick, and painless experience with a fair price and solid roof that will last against Georgia sun and weather. UPDATE: When we found on Sunday evening that we had a leak we called five roofing companies, and they were the only ones to return our call and have an appointment scheduled within a few days for a consultation.

  From the initial free estimate to completion of the job Crosby customer service was always available. Huge shout out to David, Chris and Randy who were available to answer all of our questions. We had our roof replaced, extensive wood rot siding repaired and all gutters replaced. Crosby was able to work on our tight schedule and completed all jobs on time. Their employees were knowledgeable, reliable and respectful of our property. We were kept informed and all pricing was upfront with no hidden or extra fees. We would highly recommend for all of your roofing, siding and gutter needs.
