  As a past satisfied Schwartz customer I am extremely regretful I recommended them to my son. From the beginning nothing but delays, incomplete work, having them come back repair what was supposed to be repaired initially. Then out again to clean up what should have been done, and the high cost of just two triangled sections of siding on the front of the house. Don't need to say anymore.

  Ms. Ferguson, Upon reading this review I was very disappointed to hear that your son was not happy with the process and price of the work we did on his house. I went back to review the job and discussed these grievances with your son's job supervisor and our estimator. I reviewed our estimate and our billing to make sure we did not bill more than what we had proposed. Nick, the job supervisor, was in contact with your son throughout the process and was surprised to hear of his unhappiness. There was some inconvenience as we waiting for materials but Nick was in communication with your son via text during the process. I would be happy to discuss these issues with you or your son as we are always looking to improve. I can be reached at 478-745-6563x101. We appreciate your feedback.

  Replaced our chimney cap. A good detailed estimate, which we took. Arrived as planned in morning, did an excellent job, explained a slight delay to get better hardware to attach to our stucco chimney. This is best company I have experienced in last 11 years for repairs. I will be needing a new roof soon, they are my go to company. My thanks to the company…..well done from estimate to completion.
