I am writing this review in April 2022, less than one year after the job was completed in May 2021 by Piscatelli Roofing after discovering new damage to my roof as a direct result of their work. They were hired to apply a silicone coating system but due to negligence of the crew, the drain systems became clogged because the crew flushed sand and gravel debris down the drain systems when they were pressure washing the roofs. The clogged drain has caused 6 inches of water to collect on the roof, spurred algae growth, along with a soft spot and air bubble under the silicone coating where standing water collected. Beware of this company! Piscatelli sub-contracted the work to a 3rd party so the quality is unreliable and there was no onsite supervision from the company while the work was done. I am extremely disappointed with Piscatelli Roofing and have filed a complaint with the California Contractor State License Board to have their license revoked. Please, please do not make the same mistake I did.

I have requested their services many times for the properties listed on the property management company I work for as I appreciate the quality of the job they perform, and their staff (Ari, Diana, Jennifer, etc) has always been responsive and very professional, I highly recommend them.

Ari is the absolute best! I’ve worked with many roofers in the Bay Area and Piscatelli Roofing is unmatched. Best communication, best pricing, best product — can’t be beat!

We hired Piscatelli Roofing to put a new roof on our Oakland home and they did a spectacular job! Our roof is very complicated with curved eaves, dormers, and ridge line. In addition, the pitch of the roof is greater than 45 degrees and so climbing gear and scaffolding was required. They removed the old cedar shingles, applied a layer of plywood (fitted to the curved surfaces) and put on new asphalt shingles. The new roof looks beautiful! The crew (of between four and nine people, daily) were friendly, responsive to my requests and respectful of our home. At the end of each workday, they meticulously cleaned up. The quality of the craftsmanship exceed my expectations. The project management was well coordinated and the price was very reasonable and within their original estimate. I can highly recommend Piscatelli Roofing.

Set in the hills of Santa Rosa, this expansive estate required a full roof replacement that would match the scale and sophistication of the home. The original roof had reached the end of its lifespan, making it time for a complete upgrade in both performance and appearance. Our team installed a new clay tile roofing system, chosen for its timeless aesthetic, exceptional durability, and natural resistance to the elements. Each tile was carefully placed to ensure a seamless finish that complements the home’s architecture while delivering long-term protection.Apr 8, 2026
