Jon Willis and crew recently replaced my tar and gravel roof which was over 50 years old, and I could not be more pleased with the experience and outcome. From initial scheduling with Haley to post project walk through with Dave and Lino, every part of the process ran smoothly. Even when water damaged wood was discovered, Jon immediately informed me and was quick to present potential options to consider. As soon as my decision was made, Jon jumped into action and was able to locate and obtain the wood and materials needed to fix the problem and never seemed to skip a beat. He kept me well informed on progress being made each day along with projected costs of the unexpected repair work and when my roof was completed on the 3rd day, I was impressed by the transformation. Even the county inspector who showed up was familiar with Jon and his work and was very complimentary about the job he had just done for me. If you are looking for an honest and up-front professional who takes pride in his work, has a hard-working, proven and productive crew, and provides positive results exceeding expectations, Jon and Able Roofing is the way to go!

Jon and the Able Roofing team did a fantastic job on our new roof - they were very professional, worked quickly, and adapted to unforeseen challenges with the roof in real-time. On top of all that, they offered a very fair price. Highly recommend!

I met Jon last year when he was replacing roofs for two of my neighbors. He struck me as very conscientious, responsive, and details-oriented. He also has a special workmanship certification from GAF, which is the main roofing materials company. I was pleased when his bid came in lowest of the three I obtained. His crew was fabulous - very careful protecting the landscaping and cleaning up. Our roof is complex, and previously had concrete tile. The issues in changing over to composite shingles were worked out and it went surprisingly smoothly. Workmanship appears to be top-notch. I would say that is the best experience we have had with a contractor since owning this house. Recommended without reservation.

Best roofing experience I've ever had: Jon and his crew were exceptionally responsive (especially checking my roof for leaks prior to the big wind storm) throughout the entire process. They completed a new roof, gutters, and downspouts in …

I worked with Jon on the roofing project of my ~25 year old home to install a new roof and with Pac Solar to install a solar array. It was a long and rainy winter in northern California so we weren't able to get the project rolling until late March but once Jon's crew started, it was knocked out in less than a week on a somewhat technical roof. The finished product looks great, I've received compliments from strangers, and nearly all of my neighbors have inquired. The crew was expeditious, efficient, and best of all, Jon's prices were appreciably lower for the same or better products. I'd recommend Able roofing to anyone and would gladly work with them again!
