Incredible attention to detail. Jason, Luis, and the entire Modern Summit team were very responsive and addressed all the questions we had regarding the roofing project. They updated us frequently throughout the project and made sure we were comfortable with what was being done to restore our roof. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for a new roof.

My experience was so incredible with Modern Summit. My consultation with Jason (the owner) was so thorough and far-exceeded my experience compared to other roofing companies. As someone who knows nothing about roofs, he educated me on the process, my options, if there are product options that could save money/where it makes sense to choose more expensive materials and why. He was also the only roofing company to actually take the time to show my shingle samples during my consultation. Chad, the project manager, was in communication with us on scheduling and came in and checked on on the job throughout installation and was so great on keeping us in on the loop. Our roof took 2.5 days to install, and Luis and his guys showed when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves everyday, and were polite. I could not recommend them enough, just honest, salt of the earth people who actually care and do good work. I recommended them to my next door neighbor and he used them too! Thanks guys for such a great experience! *for context we got part of our house roof replaced (we omitted a skylight so the guys did take that out for us and closed it off on the exterior!) and we replaced our garage roof that is flat.

We just got our roof replaced from tile to composite shingles. We got many quotes, they had the best prices and great quality. Their crew is so hard working and did great work! We are very happy! Would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Modern Summit Roofing was Excellent. Jason met with me after inspecting my roof and showed me pictures of problem areas, he developed a plan and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional . Once the project began Jason’s team were fast, efficient and cleaned up around my house every day . They constantly checked with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. Luis was great and checked with me daily and let me know how the job was progressing. We are very happy with the results and I would highly recommend Modern Summit Roofing
