The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
The only one or two-star review we hold for Pip's Roofing & Siding.

Called for a small roofing job...a piece had blown off during a bad winter storm and we were getting squirrels in the attic because of it. Somebody came out the same day and gave us a reasonable quote, told my husband he would come back Thursday or Friday to take care of the job. He never showed, and never responded to my husband's texts asking if he was planning on coming. Apparently our job was too small for them...too bad because we are eventually going to need the entire roof done and also needed some paving work done. Would not recommend!

I recently hired this Pip’s to replace my roof and had a solid experience overall. Their quote was reasonable compared to others in the area, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Communication throughout the project was clear and consistent, which made the process straightforward. The team handled the job professionally, completed the work faster than expected, and demonstrated good attention to detail from start to finish. I am happy with the final result and would use them again in the future.
What Pip's Roofing & Siding says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 2 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Pip's Roofing & Siding. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
