Completely confused by this company. Al came out to look at my roof and was 100% professional. We talked for a while about the roofing issues and then just everyday things. Really nice guy. When he left we both agreed on putting a ventilation fan on our roof. I waited about 4 days and didn’t hear anything so I called and left a message. He called back the next day and again we agreed that he would come and put a vent on my roof and that he would let me know when they would come. I waited a week and didn’t hear anything so I called and left messages about 3 times. He called me back on a Monday and asked if there was snow on my roof. I said yes I would blow it off. He said not to, that they would come out Wednesday to clear the roof and then they would come Thursday or Friday to put in the vent. He never called or showed to do either. I don’t understand why he said he’d do it. Very bizarre way of doing business. I didn’t even want to write this review because Al seems like such a nice guy. However I have a real problem that he said would fix. I’m bummed not very nice.

Absolutely wonderful. Crew on time and courteous. Protected my home, windows and plants. Asked before "assuming" and cleaned up all debris that happened. Done quickly with great results. As a Veteran, even direct me to a rebate available to me. HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you so very much!

10/10 from estimate to finished project! We just got our roof and gutters done and we are so happy that we went with Bernard and Sons. Justin and Al are fantastic. The job took one day to complete. The crew was also great- worked efficiently and cleaned up like they were never even there. We went with a black roof and black gutters. Everything looks super sharp! Extremely reasonable price. If you are looking for roof or gutters Bernard and Sons are the ones for the job. Thanks guys!

Quality work, very professional, great cleanup, I would highly recommend them. They put new flash on my chimney and sealed it; it rained heavily several days later and the chimney did not leak! Replacement of exhaust pipes on the roof was done to perfection. In one day I had a good quality roof and it looks beautiful. Don't look for anyone else, if you want the best, this IS the best roofer!

Overall excellent experience! I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone looking for quality workmanship at a great price. Justin and his crew effectively displayed professionalism every step of the process. For instance, they demonstrated the highest level of responsibility, efficiency, safety, and tidiness throughout the completion of the reroofing project. As a result, I will be utilizing and recommending them in the near future.

Bernard and Son Roofing did the roof on my Sciota office approximately four years ago. They did an excellent job. I recently had them put a new roof on my home which is much larger in Stroudsburg. Justin and all of the team are courteous and professional. I would recommend them without reservation.
