  What an absolute JOKE. Called for a quote because they were close to my house. Got a guy who came from 2 hours away. Gave me a quote that was 4X everyone else. Treated me like I knew nothing about my own home or roofing.

  Sent a text message about getting a quote for a repair. 48 hours later and still no response. Don’t put open 24 hours if you’re not going to respond to people. Moving on from this company and will not recommend them.

  I find it lazy and maddening that a “roofing” company who has so many accreditations will only look at full roof jobs because they “don’t have a repair team”. More like greedy entrepreneurs out to make the easy dollar. Anyone know where I can find an actual roofing company because this sure isn’t one.

  We simply do not provide repair services. Although a reply or explanation is not necessary, since this review publicly attacks our small business by questioning our integrity and by calling us lazy and greedy, we feel compelled to respond here publicly. Repair work is simply not a service that we provide. One of our priorities, after being in business for more than twenty years, is not promising more than can deliver. We strive to be transparent and honest with all customers and potential customers. We choose to not stretch ourselves too thin or make commitments that we cannot follow through on.

  Hassler Roofing did a phenomenal job. I have a large roof, and the entire thing was done in a single day. The cleanup was probably the most impressive part. I couldn't find a trace of garbage that was left after they left. My gutters were done a couple days later, and they look amazing. Great experience!

  Had a great experience with Hassler Roofing. Hired them to do a small roofing project for me. The communications were great - they answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. Most communications were via text or email which worked fine for me. Told me what to expect and did what they said they would do. Showed up on time and they did a great quality job very quickly and completely cleaned up after themselves. Honestly, with respect to this roofing project, I cannot think of anything that I would ask for them to do better. I would definitely go to them for my next roofing project!
