  Owners very nice. Work was fast but the workers replaced a roof over rotten wood. Workers did not speak english there was no interpreter. When done roof was lopsided. Had to pay a contractor for repairs. Owner gave a lil money back but wasnt enough fir repair cost. UPDATE OWNER SPOKE WITH ME ABOUT ISSUE. HE WAS VER NICE AND DECIDED TO ASSIST ME FURTHER IN REMEDIATING THE PROBLEM. ITS. GREAT TO WORK A SOLUTION OUT INSTEAD OF GOING LEGAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND

  Hi! Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear of your less than amazing experience with us. The only way to grow is to apply constructive feedback when we don't meet our standards. We installed the shingles on a roof that was very crooked and lopsided. After the install we agreed to pay a structural contractor for you to redo the trusses that were bowed before our install. I am happy to send you additional funds, if the amount we sent you did not cover all of it. We had our foreman Evan on site supervising the job, who is a college graduate and speaks great english, but he must have been on a material run when you were on site. I am willing to do whatever it takes to rectify this situation and leave a better taste in your mouth. We appreciate you more than you know.   Jose and his crew are amazing!! If you’re thinking about having your roof redone? LET JOSE AND HIS CREW DO IT!!! They were all SO professional and helpful and communicative the entire time. Here and gone in 8 hours I have a brand new roof and the place was left spotless! Thank you Jose and crew. I wish you all an abundance of success.

  I had a great experience with Pinpoint Innovations. My claim representative was Kayla. She's definitely someone who knows the business in and out. Kayla will fight for you down to the last dollar with your insurance company. I thought she was just and office woman until she climbed on my roof and began explaining all the damage my house had and what needed to be replaced. She takes her time explaining the scope of the job step by step and whats going to happen next. She took all the guess work out of my claim acting as a mediator between me and my insurance company. The roofers themselves did a great job as well and made sure all trash was collected at the end of the project. They completed my roofing job in just a few hours. The owner of the company made sure he contacted me an assured if I needed anything to not hesitate to call him directly. 10/10 overall experience !

  Wonderful experience. Very timely and professional. Held our hand through every step of the process and met with our insurance claims adjuster to get the process started. Would highly recommend this company. We love our roof!

  Kayla was very professional, she Took time to explain everything to me knowing that I was nervous. She called other involved parties like Tesla to make sure they don't penalized me for removing the solar panels. The worker did a great job and cleaned up after. I will recommend Kayla and her crew to anyone who need a roof job .

  Kayla was very professional and patient with me. She helped me through every step of the process of getting a new roof installed. She helped me with any concerns that I had and also gave me advice that really helped me. I am very pleased with the job and with Kayla and the company.

  I don't hand out glowing reviews lightly, but this company absolutely earned one. If there were a 10-star option, they'd have it. From the very first call to the final cleanup, the entire experience was outstanding. The crew was professional, punctual, hardworking, and treated my home with the same care. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and it's obvious they take real pride in what they do. A special thank you goes to Kayla, who made the entire process incredibly easy. She was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always willing to answer my questions. She kept me informed every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful project feel effortless. Great customer service like that is hard to find.

  Kayla has been very helpful and allowed for my experience with my roofing job to be easy and although it was lengthy she never gave up, she is very detailed with her job and communication was always there, I was never left in the dark with the process. I definitely recommend Kayla for anyone's roofing needs, she makes the entire process easy and she assured you that she is on the customer's side to make sure you get the best deal and she explains all the options available to the customer.

  After a windstorm, we had some roof damage. Pinpoint assisted with the insurance claim at every step. Initially, insurance only offered to pay $600 for repairs, but thanks to Pinpoint’s efforts, insurance ended up covering the entire roof replacement. The new roof looks great and we are glad we found Pinpoint to the job.

  Pinpoint evaluated my elderly mom’s home and recommended a replacement based on storm damage. Kayla followed through from beginning to end and ensured insurance coverage, installation, and completion. She even arranged for additional requested repairs of gutters, shutters, and facia.   Our resent experience with Pinpoint Innovations was outstanding. Our Project Manager Kayla personally walked us through every step of the roofing process. We were kept in the loop from the beginning to end! She worked diligently with our insurance company to ensure our claim was processed The Pinpoint crew forman Jose, was also very professional. We would highly recommend Pinpoint Innovations to all our friends. Five stars all the way!
