Had them replace my skylights and one of them has now failed and is leaking. I’ve called several times for no one to answer the phone or return my voicemail!

Terrible. Don't approach. Service is non existant. Super hard to communicate with them. Please shop around. I won't recommend. If you need peace of mind, try some other company. Good luck.

I agree with the one review . . . bait and switch. We recently used them when a tree fell through our roof from a severe storm. The agent that was sent to review the claim told us that we would not pay anything out of pocket other than …

This is a disgruntled subcontractor that was terminated. She refused to return expensive company supplies. We decided not to pursue criminal charges.

My roof had been damaged in a hail storm several years ago and American Home Specialists came and replaced the roof in a very short time. The work was great and have not had any problems since then.

As a former property manager I've spent millions of dollars on commercial and residential roofing work. So, when I needed my roof done at my home, I called AHS. Daniel and the team were super responsive throughout. The crew was excellent and well supervised. The final product was great, zero issues, looks beautiful, and cleanup was excellent. No nails, debris, etc., and they took care not to crush my plants. I've also recommended them to neighbors and friends, all of whom have been happy.

American Home Specialists is my first call when I'm in a bind with the exterior of my home. I came home from a vacation to find that a storm had pulled part of my fascia loose. AHS bailed me out within the very short turn around time I was given by the city to have it fixed. And it looks better than new. See before and after pics. Different angles but shows the nice new fascia. I don't hesitate to recommend the team at AHS to everyone who asks me.
