  These are the most conscientious people I have ever dealt with. They have worked tirelessly to get my Sunsetter right. They have worked with the manufacturer to re-engineer everything, and kept me informed every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough. These are pro’s pros.

  I needed an awning replaced and to have my SunSetter system checked out. I called for an appointment and received a call back within 24 hours. My service was scheduled within a few days and they did an excellent job

  Newbrook installed an awning on our home through Costco. Experience was pleasant and efficient. They did a great job with the process, gave us options to choose from, and installed the awning fairly quickly.

  Mr Dermott was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He was available to assist from start to finish. The installers did a great job installing the awning and also demonstrating how to work it. I rate them a 10+!!

  Waldorf MD I purchased a sun setter awning from Costco and had New Brook install the awning for me. Dermot the owner came out before the install and gave me a quote. He was fair and honest and knew a lot about the product and guided me in making the right choice for my home. His crew was polite and professional, and they cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend New Brook Improvement if you required an awning or home improvement.
